Mike and the other delivery drivers I interacted with were wonderful. Mike was my driver twice, once to pick up the filled pod and then returning it. He remembered me, my house, when he picked the pod up originally and exactly where I wanted it to go. Their front facing employees, the ones who come to your home, are wonderful, friendly and respectful of your property.
The pod was very clean! Inside and out, sturdy construction with ample places to tie down your items securely (which you should do since items will shift during transportation. The less secure the more they will shift.)
The website and customer service is only 3 Stars at best. Thankfully for them, the humans you engage with in the real world are Amazing.

In the process of using this company, family members gave amazing reviews. They have used this company multiple times for many long distance trips All over America. I was disappointed to know it's not possible to connect my telephone to the local office with whom I will be working. It would be nice to have a sign or two to direct you to the office. I arrived at 11:45 on a Tuesday and a gentleman who was working gave me a quick tour of one of the pods and answered all my questions quickly and easily. I will update when I have completed moving. Lansing to grand Ledge.
Entrance is off Benjamin drive 1800 block near Thompson intersection, some road construction in this area so approaching from the north is best.

PODS has been great to work with. I requested a delivery for the upcoming weekend. They called me the next day to let me know that they only service our area twice per week and that they actually had a POD available that same day to drop off. We were so thankful that we didn’t need to wait until the following week! Mike was our driver dropping off and then picking up a week later. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Ive stood there and seen the way they handle people's pod units, everytime they have to get to a container or bring one down for someone they shuffle the heck of of the other units with zero care, I heard the stuff shift inside a unit they pulled from the top theres no way any of that stuff made it. Ive bought a unit off a auction website they use and it was a hassle for them to give me my 350 deposit (which is insanely high in the first place) back on top of lying about when it will be returned, I was told 5 days and its been 10 with still nothing I went to the in store office and the guy said the stuff on his end was good so when I called back I was once again told a few days. I struggled to get in contact with someone in the first place as they dont have the phones go to the store so you have to hokey pokey around the awful automated recording sometimes multiple times due the slim options and then you still wont be able to talk to a person from the actual store. Very unprofessional, Recommend this place to someone you hate.

It was my first experience with this company and so far it has been very good with the home portion. They walk me through every step and the communication throughout the process has been great. I was lucky enough to have the same driver for drop off and pickup to my house. Mike was on time and very helpful with the process
