Stay away from this wash and fold service. I will share only what I can confirm! High end designer clothing always come up missing. I can share my serious and personal experience. First trip there I had 2 full north face hoodie and sweats taken out of load.I still paid my full price and tipped $25,even once I noticed the attempted theft. I brought it to staff attention and I was completely blown off by shamica at first! It wasn't till I spoke to a diffrent shift manage and told them I knew exactly what was missing. Then I get a call back magilcly 2 of my matching north face fits appear.what are the odds of just those in order come up missing. Furthermore they smelled of cigarettes smoke which I don't smoke. So ýthey were never washed and just stuffed some place to be taken.never a call back from owner⁶
Foolish me I trusted themùùú again I had a great service from kelli went great and I was happy tipped well like always. 3rd time kelli again laundry seemed not all there couldn't prove what so I said nothing paid full no complaints.
Now to the last and final time I will ever use that faulty poorly ran and managed service. I brought my highend clothing along with wife who recently almost lost her leg. I'm missing 2 long sleeve dry fit Patagonia,1 white long sleeve northface,full hurley lite blue shorts and top,black kuhl pants,5 black brand new Nike dry fit shirts plus more. My wife is missing clothes aswell. I'm missing about 20 pairs of black ankle and 3 quarter Nike dry fit socks. I'm missing a good portion of my clothing!
But wait it gets better. Mind you this is a WASH AND FOLD SERVICE! Upon picking up my clothing the blonde worker kelli was CLEARLY not in her right mind. She was very rushed talking fast and making no sense. She attempted to give me a full laundry cart of wet clothes. I told her these weren't mine. She then freaks out has me check machines as if I'm suppose to know where she put my clothing. MIND YOU THIS IS ALL ON CAMERA! All my clothes are wet! She the hands me a huge tot of my clothes to fold myself doing her job. I told her very stern this is not all my clothing and this has happened before. She then goes to find my clothe.s and I see her get into a blue hummer with a bag and drives off. Suddenly I get a text saying I payed my bill and had given no one money nor did I.
So I load my clothes immediately complain. I sent the owner nick several emails and calls with no response for close to a week.
In this week I spoke with shamica several times who admitted with attitude to taking my northface the first time. On my last call to her she left me on speaker phone so I could her the owner Nick give a full refund to another woman who low and behold was stolen from to.
Now allow me to share my experience with Nick who has to be the worst business owner I haver ever dealt with. This man dud nothing but attempt to talk over me and interpret me several times as if he is some authority to anyone but is slum laundry mat. I explained kelli gave me wet clothes,a cart of someone else's clothes and had me checking her machines to find stuff she lost when I wasn't present. NICK saw me on camera folding my own clothes and kelli without helping me find about $1,000 worth of missing clothes. Nicks verdict was since I was rang up like I paid and never did he felt I deserve no compensation. Although I'm the one that brought this to his attention and it only proves that a scam was being run on me. I'm not sure if Nick is in on the scam or what. But my price that I would need to be compensated was clearly more then he wanted to pay so I was blown off. Since then kelli was fires, but why Nick if she did nothing wrong fire her and not compensate your loyal paying customer. Some of work hard for our nice things and haven't had a silver spoon in there mouth there hole life.

My son goes to a doctors office right around the spot from Point Laundromat, so every appt he has I end up taking our items that are too large to wash at home. Comforters, pillows, rugs, etc. and I must say this is hands down the cleanest, friendliest, place to go if you have to do the dreaded task of laundry. I am not sure of the woman’s name that is ALWAYS there with blonde hair and a great personality. Anyways she is one hard worker. She keeps the entire interior cleaned and looking nice all the way out to the parking lot. Watching her sweep the entire parking lot the other day put a small on my face. I used to do that any place I worked. I do that in my neighborhood now. She takes pride In her job, and she provides customers with a clean, professional experience. Please give this woman a raise! Much deserved.

Clean, very fast drying and several machines available. My biggest issue with going to laundromats is how long it usually takes from my day but this place has several machines and they fast so even with several loads, I am in and out in an hour+. Pricing is average. Location is good, near Frandor which has several restaurants if you need a quick bite while waiting.

Been here 3x already. The place is well maintained and clean. The staff is very friendly. They have UV disinfection certified washers. I don't mind using the card system they have. It's actually more convenient that carrying around a bunch of quarters. The dryers are not all burnt in the back. Most importantly, it's not sketch.

On March 19th, 2024 there was a couple in there that were doing laundry straight from garbage bags that smelled AWFUL. It smelled like trash and mold. I would never wash my own clothes in their machines ever again.

I haven’t been to a laundromat in many years. I was honestly very blown away by how clean and nice inside. Machines worked great. The services of workers was amazing. Very nice and super helpful people.
