Went to the qd to get coffee this morning and they were out of the darkroom. This is the only kind I like from qd. Told the workers they were out...went back shortly after and they refused to make more. They just stood. Behind the counter talking....I will not be going back to qd again....theirs no customer service here and most employees don't care enough to do their jobs. I'm done. 30 mins of my life I won't get back. Hope you correct this gor your future customers.

I got banned from there because I flipped the store off because dumb person who don't want to work there anyway then I have been getting harassed by the same person multiple times since I live right across the street from there I don't appreciate not being able to sit on my front porch without getting glared at its not right I used to go there 4-8 times a day but I will NEVER step foot in there again

Went to get a vape as mine died I walked in the store and had a real rude lady make me wait I looked at her a few times as she's standing there tired clearly doesn't want to work. "Do you need somethin?" Rude. If im in your store I clearly need something. I point at a large breeze cherry lemon and she gets me the small one, didn't notice until I paid and says "oh well you didn't say that" If there's two options maybe you should ask. But I did point at the big one. Terrible customer service person for your store. If she's not prepared at 7am she shouldn't be on that shift.

This is my local QD and I love it. they always have some delicious and very modestly priced pastries and donuts that you should definitely try if you're new to Michigan or QD.

Newbie Michigander, I had never heard of QD. They are a staple in Lansing! It seems like there is one on every corner- Typical convenience store they do sell tobacco products, fountain drinks, lotto. They are known for their ice cream (Death by Chocolate) and their donuts. I've been overwhelming disappointed with the donuts as they don't seem fresh enough to me, but give them a try for yourself!**Edit per QD reply - I HAVE tried the French Onion Dip - I can see why it's well known - highly recommend for late night snack or bringing to a party!The donuts are fresh and I continue to try them and purchase as my kids love them, however I grew up in Indiana and developed a different perception on fresh based on local business. Don't let my taste buds decide for you!

Alot of loitering outside here.Area not safe at night to walk alone I don't recommend night visits alone walking in area. Lived across from this store many years and was ecstatic to move out of the area.
