Actually disgusted with this place they sold me food that they knew was undercooked did not forewarn me that the food was undercooked and ran the risk of giving me salmonella poisoning because they were too lazy to tell us that the food was not done cooking did not have it displayed that it was still cooking absolutely disgusting then was treated like an idiot by the manager because I didn't see the still cooking sign that was two feet away and not even in front of the product that was bought it's not bad enough that you constantly have beggars that they facilitate that are constantly outside the door asking you for money but then to do something like this is absolutely disgusting

While on one hand I feel for them having to deal with the issues that come from having a large homeless population nearby, I do not respect the way the 2 workers behind the counter treated the man in front of me today.
I really hope that if you guys are ever unlucky enough to find yourself unhoused, you’re treated with more kindness than you treated that young man tonight. Absolutely despicable.

I was in there Tuesday morning and was talking to a cashier. Mr.lamont over heard our conversation and decided to speak on me! No I didn't get disrespectful as I really wanted to just left and didn't go back until today cause I really wanted his name! I say this to say.YOU DON'T KNOW ME! SOOO FOR YOU TO SAY I LOOK LIKE ONE OF THEM.....WHAT DO I LOOK LIKE SIR!??? I WORK HARD AND SPEND ALOT OF MONEY WITH YALL! THERE IS 2 STORES BY MY HOUSE AND DONT REALLY HAVE ANY OTHER TO STORE TO GO TO UNLESS I MAKE STOPS WHILE OUT! I'M SAYING THIS BECAUSE IM TIRED OF SPENDING MY MONEY WITH THE SAME BIG BACK,DISRESPECTFUL,NONE EDUCATED PEOPLE WHO SIT BEHIND THE COUNTER AND DISRESPECT YOU FOR NO REASON SIR LOOK IN THE MIRROR BEFORE YOU GO TALKING ABOUT SOMEONE YOU DON'T KNOW!

Seams kleaner and better stocked, has surprising background music sometimes, open later, decent alcohol and wine availability until 1am, spacious and well lit. Ok location, better than dollar stores that close at 9pm or 10pm. More donuts later than other donut-deprived/famished or day-old non-selection wannabe QDs.

THIS QD GETS NO STARS!!!!!!. THE EMPOLYEE'S ARE DISRESPECTFUL, THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL IN ANY TYPE OF MANNER. I HAVE ALREADY WROTE THE COROPORATE OFFICE AND CALLED TODAY 8/29/2023- I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED BY AN EMPLOYEE NOR A STORE MANAGER LIKE THAT IN MY LIFE. I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF STORES, ETC IN LANSING GETTING AWAY WITH THIS KIND OF TREATEMENT. IFI PROMISE YALL DON'T GO BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT AISSIST PROPERLY, THEY WILL TALK BACK TO YOU WHEN YOU CORRECT THE WAY THEY ARE TREATING YOU.

Friendly staff, well stocked, fresh food, fresh daily donuts and more. Perfect for the quick stop in and out. I use the store on Saginaw and N. Cedar St. Good ppl there.

Here they claim to be open 24/7. Their building says 6am-12am 7 days a week. At 6:41am they're closed w all the lights off.

Went to get ice cream at 9:20pm. All the ice cream looked fine, the lady there watched us choose our flavors and we went and stood in line. She was so rude and short with the two people ahead of us, and I watched her look me up and down while I was standing in line. We went up and asked to get some ice cream and without looking up from the cash register she just said the ice cream station was down. We kinda stood there for a second and she looked up at us like we had the audacity to still be standing there. I asked if all of it was out of order and she did a little head motion and said yes. I said okay thank you with an annoyed look on my face and walked out because how can you be so rude to every single one of your customers? You work in customer service. Leave your personal issues at home. We drove to another QD and had great service. It's obvious this lady needs to not be in customer service if she can look her customers up and down.
