I wanted to wait until I got home to write this review but the donut case at this store is a complete health code violation it needs to be investigated by the state I seen so many flies flying around in the donut case and also gnats if you look at the donut case you can see plenty of gaps and holes through the glass, beyond ghetto! Surprised quality dairy has not given this store a new donut case, shame on you qd for allowing this to happen and shame on the mangers who have not spoken up about this, and folks stop eating donuts from here your eating bugs and god only knows what else, i will not be coming back to this store until this is resolved and hope everyone else STOPS coming too

8:40 am, 3 people working & absolutely no Decaf coffee. What a fantastic job QD has been doing with their coffee stations. It's happening at many locations in Lansing. Won't be getting my coffee their anymore. Thank you.

The whole building is disgusting and is one big health code violation from the mold in the coolers to the fruit flys in the donut case to the attitudes the bums working give I can't wait to see the health code inspection 😂😭🤡

This is about the QD on N. LARCH. / N. East St and Lake Lansing. In Lansing, MI.
It's okay. I think the location of their new gas station is going to cause a ton of accidents. There are already a bunch every week. I was in one from someone coming so fast over the bridge I couldn't see them and I almost died. Now, they built a gas station. I just think it's dangerous and hope no one gets hurt trying to get gas or in the wrong lane they built just for qd's gas station? Why do they have that much pull in our city?

The worse quality dairy ever coffee creamer pump broke they would not fix and all out off sweet and low and very rude manger ask them to fix pump and sad no u have to keep pumping it but if pumps broke it won't work

I didn't wanna give them a star, had my son come into the store for a employee to be rude to my 17 old son saying he can come in, its beyond me that they say they been robbed but don't have a glass counter, just ridiculous .. and the store is completely gross..
