The air conditioning failed to cool, and it was a particularly hot night. The room was also dirty. I would not consider staying again.

Male Indian rude been waiting over the 10 business days for refund from pool closure filth in rooms public hair bugs sinks clogged man at desk refuses to contact manager to speak with anyone I am contacting bbb and eeoc and I will go to news stations if I need to. What was a simple fix then their refusal to issue refund or even out a manager on phone or contact one you then get yelled at hung up on and called names. I've been in customer service industry most my life this is a business doing it completely wrong. I highly recommend people not stay here they have contractors working in halls smoking weed inside the building with guest having to walk right through it not containing drywall dust having trip hazards all over work space and they also will have staff that tell pregnant woman to go into saunas to raise body temperature not caring it will harm a unborn child. Halls with hanging wires above your head and down walls. Just to name a few! Do not stay here!

Attendant was very friendly and helpful. We walked into our room and it was big. The beds are comfortable. Water pressure is awesome. Clean and welcoming. Thank you.

Im rating this a 3 because the rooms were super nice and comfortable, I stayed Here during a power outage in Lansing but the guest service workers were so rude! And unprofessional! Last thing I wanted to deal with being out of power for two days!

NOT happy. Accidentally left my necklace there.
Went back to get it, they wouldn't allow me access to the room. Said Housekeeping will get it and bring it to the desk. Well they didn't bring it to the desk. They just kept it.
EXTREMELY upset that housekeepers just keep what they find without turning it in.

one star my friend booked a room but then they canceled it for no reason two days in advance and only gave my friend $50 out of the $200 he paid

We rented a hall, we were told we could start to decorate by 11. The man working told our kids we didn't need to get in early to decorate, eventually letting them in. For $600 we expect nice customer service. The last room I rented at a community center was $187, for $600 be friendly and helpful.
Very underwhelmed at the state of this hotel. Half the toilets were out of service, wallpaper is peeling, severe paint chipping, outdated carpeting and color/decor. This hotel needs some major upgrades and renovation. I dont think I'll ever decide to return here.

Giving four stars just because it does need work but I would stay again.
Stayed for one night and had no problems, bed was comfortable and heat/air worked, great water pressure. Loved that The Tangy Crab restaurant was “attached” to motel. Location is great. Big indoor pool with play area. Yes it needs lots of work but we had no issues/ problems with are stay. Check in and out was a breeze, staff was friendly and they have a vending room, take what you want and pay at counter.

Horrible, I would recommend this place. We had to switch rooms. 1st room had a sliding glass door with no lock, no bar stop, a see-through curtain, and the privacy curtain was half gone with the half that was there ripped half down. 2nd room wasn't much better, but there was privacy and locks.

Electricity went out and needed to find a place quick. It's definitely not three stars like Priceline says. There's buckets of water in the hallways from the dripping ceiling tiles and the building decor is straight out of 1985. You have to present your voucher at breakfast and they have signs everywhere to not take breakfast to your room (not sure if it's about quantity or pests). Hot tub was not functioning. Internet is very slow. They were nice enough, but the star rating definitely needs to be like a 2 at the very most.
