So thankful for Randall's!! They are super fair and keep you updated. My car was towed to the wrong shop at first and the quote they gave me was $100s more than Randall's. I'm so thankful to have been recommended this shop! (Also for all the anxious girlies I cannot rec this shop enough! They won't give you the run around and I feel very comfortable calling them w questions)

I visited today and. i thought I would be spending money on missing bolts. The was a slight scratching noise. My 2002 truck has been around for so long it is like a family member. He put some silicone on it and did not charge me. The noise went away and I was able to believe that there are still honest people in the world.

Update 11/12/2020 They are as good as always. Third car Ive taken to them. Al ways honest, very professional. Not trying to rip you off. Quality efficient work. I dont trust anyone else around Lansing area.

This place is a life saver!!! My engine was changed by Muffler Man of Portland due to bad timing. My car had no starting issues when it went in. When it came out it would just randomly have a no crank no start issue. I got the car back on Jan. 12th and had it less than 24 hours before the no starting issue started. I took it to Muffler man and was told it was a key fob issue and I would have to take it to a dealer. It went to 3 Chevy dealers since then and all “fixed” something, but it was never fixed. Took it to Randalls on March 23rd. Spoke with Craig on March 27th and he assured me they would get to the bottom of it and they definitely did!!! They found a stretched ground wire that was stretched during the engine removal and also a second ground that was not tightened. I picked my car up on April 11th and have not had a problem with it yet!! I spent over $6000 between rental cars, tows and repairs in the 3 months since Muffler Man messed up my car when changing the engine and was at my wits end, but Randalls figured it out and it only cost me a little over $100!!! I can’t thank these people enough and if I have any problems with my car in the future they will be my first call.

The team here is exceptional—flexible, professional, and deeply knowledgeable. The repairs were made below the original estimate, quickly (much appreciated from a third-shifter), and thoroughly explained. Craig helped me to understand everything at issue, what was done to fix it, and everything to watch for moving forward. By far the best experience I've ever had with an auto shop.
