My husband and I take our mercedes to Red Line for everything. We have more trust in them over the dealership any day. We've had regular maintenance like an oil change to a/c work and electrical issues. I respect the price for the quality of work and their customer service hands down. Never had one complaint over the last 10+ yrs we have went to them.

This is a car repair shop I would recommend with 100% confidence.
My BMW had a check engine light on, and I know this kind of issue requires very experienced diagnostic skills, so I was looking for a truly reliable and professional shop. Redline absolutely met — and even exceeded — my expectations.
They understood the fault codes very well and were able to accurately narrow down the issue, finally pinpointing it to a connection-related leak.
Regarding a suspension noise, they were very honest and advised me not to repair it right now, since it’s only a minor sound and not a safety issue. They suggested waiting until the aging becomes more serious, which I really appreciated — no pressure to spend money unnecessarily.
The technician actually spent more time than what is normally charged, but in the end they only billed me at the standard rate. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare.

I had an excellent experience with Red Line auto service and repair shop.
From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. They diagnosed the issue quickly and clearly explained what needed to be done, which gave me a lot of confidence in their expertise. I have a German model which is not easy to service in the States.
The service itself was prompt and efficient—much faster than I expected—yet the quality of the work was outstanding. It’s clear that the team is both highly competent and committed to doing the job right. Their professionalism, fair pricing, and quick turnaround really set them apart.
I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and reasonably fast work, particularly on foreign models. I’ll definitely be returning for any future service needs!

Redline has been my auto service center for a couple decades now. Recently i asked on short notice if I could get a routine maintenance appointment and an overall inspection of my Nissan Altima 2008 before I headed for a long road trip. They got me in fast before the trip and did a repair on the suspension.
I feel secure knowing that things are in good order for such a older car. Thanks to Redline for years and years of taking care of my car. Nick and Hunter are always friendly and helpful.

2015: I’d highly recommend taking your car here, I’ve had honest service every time, the quality is top notch, and the prices are extremely reasonable. Everything has been done in a timely manner.
I had brought my car here after my partner had their Volkswagen serviced here a few times, and had a wonderful experience with the staff here every time. I’ve shared some of my experiences below.
The first time I brought my car here was to get the valve timing and a few other things done for routine maintenance for almost half the price of what the dealership would charge for! About a week later, I did have a small issue after the service with some oil leaking onto the engine block from where the timing chain was located, but wasn’t sure if the valve cover had a small crack or the gasket had shifted when being reassembled (this can happen to anyone). Turned out that the gasket had a small roll by the timing chain, that was replaced under warranty with no charge. Been months since then and no leaks or smells to report.
Update in 2018: The most recent time I brought my car here was to have the brakes checked out, because the dealership had mentioned that the rear brakes had very little padding left before needing to be replaced during an oil change. I had all of the pads replaced a year ago at the same time. I had Nick and his dad take a look at the whole system and noted that there wasn’t anything that needed special attention or replacing. The kicker was that the pads had plenty of life left and did not need to be replaced. They also did not charge me a single penny to have the brake system looked over, which I had not expected.
2025: Still getting my car serviced here, this time for a transmission and engine oil change. Still have the same great service and care from when I first dropped off my car here 10 years ago. My trust in them has only gotten stronger because they have been honest with everything and even suggest additional services because of safety concerns that I would not have thought of, and I’d like to think I’m pretty savvy with my car knowledge.

Customer service were exceptional. I learned a lot after picking up my car. Nick and Hunter took the time to explain things to me that I previously didn't understand. They were patient as well as professional, and very knowledgeable about cars, particularly the kind of car I drive, an Audi. I felt comfortable with taking my car to their business because they were honest from the very beginning. It's hard to find folks with that kind of integrity at this day and age.
