I was just in this little convenience store and whoever the dark-haired lady cashier was she was fantastic. She is very great at customer service your store should be proud to have her as an employee!!

The lady that was working had a really melodic voice, oh and pleasant personality, and cute..They had Ten High whiskey too, which is cheap but rare. I am from Lansing so I usually don't make it that far South, but it was humble and nice. I know it ain't far from Lansing, but it really gives the country vibes. It is a DOPE liqour store!

Keep it local. The staff is very friendly. Place is clean. I love the ATM machine there rather than heading 10 mins out to the bank. They recently redid the parking lot!

I went to the beer cooler and picked up 24 pack of o'brian in a case box of bottles. The gentleman behind the counter charge me for 4 individual 6 packs of bottles. I ask for the case price not four Individual six packs. He said you do not have a case you have 4 individual 6 packs.?????
I asked him why do you have a 24 pack of beer in a box in your cooler and you charge me for 4 individual 6 packs which obviously cost more? His answer was this is retail not wholesale.
My recommendation:
if you have a walk in cooler And you don't want to sell 24 packs then dont have then displayed as a case. unbox the beer and sell as a 6-pack. Also don't argue with customers at the counter.
