The manager there was INCREDIBLY rude. I believe her name was jade, she had rainbow hair. Not only was she rude to me and my girls but also to her employees.

I brought in 5 girls to each pick out their own nail dip and a few other things (spending a pretty penny). One of my daughters is severely special needs (it's very obvious) and said she had to go potty (yes she can walk short distances). I asked the lady if she could use the restroom and she said no it's for employees only. I politely pointed out that I wouldn't be asking if it wasn't for the fact that my daughter is incapable of "holding it" and let her know that it's very possible that she will pee or poop on the floor if she can't get to a bathroom. She said "no, it's policy. But I can ring you out real quick" (we were not done shopping but abruptly ended our shopping).
I understand that there's rules and policies, what I'm asking is for a little common respect and courtesy for special needs kids. I wasn't asking for myself as my daughter was clearly stating"potty".
I will not be returning and will take my business elsewhere as my daughter was unable to "hold it". So thank you for humiliating my daughter.

Love the Sally’s brand but not a fan of this particular location or the staff.The “manager” is socially awkward making every experience unnecessarily uncomfortable. Questions are met with artificial interest then quickly followed by fidgeting, mumbled words until they find a reason to be suddenly “called to the office.”Other employees stare at the ground as they talk to the cash register while ringing up a purchase. This location needs a serious overhaul.

Worst place to buy your equipment,most are cheap Chinese knock off,and they don't work right out of the box and the company knows it but won't exchange or even refund you money

If you aren’t open until 8pm. Don’t set your hours to say open until 8pm. This is literally the most frustrating thing when you drive from over 40mins away. Apparently you only are open until 6pm and look at people funny when they walk up to open your locked door at 6:15. Amazon it is, and don’t complain when they put you out of business.

They should probably update their hours on google. It says they close at 8, but I pulled up with my extremely excited daughter at 6:45 to find out they actually close at 6.

Not sure of the employees name, but she typically has colorful hair with colorful make up she is always super helpful and friendly. I like how organized and clean the store is as well.

The staff kicked me out..because she thought I gave her fake money, shes not a bank teller , to assume was wrong on her part ,called the police and the manager..very unprofessional, but went to the one on Saginaw was treated really good and was helped compared to be looked at as a criminal.. thanks to Pamela, I advise that the holt store gets a pen or a machine .. instead of pointing fingers unless they have facts...

I was extremely happy with the customer service here, from Barbara. She helped me find everything I needed, was very patient with every customer and bettered my knowledge of the products I was interested in. I look forward to returning to this location for my beauty needs.
