My partner and I had come by for a restock and some advice on hair dye. There was a person up front who I ended up complimenting on their hair that we walked up to for advice. My partner and I weren't being rude and I don't feel like we said anything to warrant the attitude we received in return. We simply wanted advice, they apparently didn't like the specific dye we were using and instead of educating us or explaining they just gave a ton of attitude. We still ended up getting a few things with their help but I still left with a bad taste in my mouth. If we are making what you would consider dumb choices on hair dye then please educate us on what would work better instead of straight up treating us like crap. Thank you

I love this Sally's. There are 2 amazing women in this store that are so helpful and friendly. They are bubbly and fun but always ask how they can help and go the extra mile to just help wherever they can.I was very frustrated today. Had already been to one Sally's location where they didn't have what I needed. Called the Waverly store they jumped into action set the color aside for me and had it waiting there ready when I got there as well as made sure I got the "buy 2 get 1 free" deal. Love them and this store!

I walked in with hopes of guidance to fix my hair. Pink hair lady was very rude. Black hair lady didn't talk. Pink hair lady made the green hair lady help me because she assumed she would know what I was looking for.
Long story short, green hair lady saved the day BY APOLOGIZING FOR THE OTHER LADIES! She got the sale, not the others. They were 0 help and really upset me by how they were talking/ignoring.
Green hair lady won the day.

Great range of products and a friendly and fast service. The store is a little hidden away between to shops which are shut down now, so I was a bit unsure if I was at the correct place.But all good, the store is open. Make a note of the holiday hours I am attaching to the photos.Otherwise, beauty products galore ?

Pamela who I’m guessing is a manager was berating a coworker about the rewards system. Putting her down while instructing her instead of being helpful. It was disgusting to watch such a clear display of abuse of power constantly insulting her through the process. If she feels that comfortable to harass a coworker in front of customers I don’t wanna imagine what she says and does when no one is around.

I went to the store the last 2 days and there was a sign on the door saying they are closed due to unforeseen circumstances but would be open Monday. Yesterday the store was dark and empty but today people were in the store but the doors were locked and not open like they said they were going to be with a different sign on the door!! Are they going out of business?? Pretty inconvenient!!

I stopped in a few nights ago, although an employee offered her help, she acted like she was being put out by talking to me... I felt really weird about the entire visit, and experienced a much better visit elsewhere. This was so very disappointing, I've been to a few Sallys locations and I've never been treated this way (I'd understand if it was 15 minutes before close or something but my visit was 3 hours before close).I also noticed the lighting in here is strange, you cannot see color swatches very well. This store needs some attention.

Reid is absolutely amazing!! They go above and beyond every time I go to the West Saginaw Sally’s beauty and each time I leave with more hair care knowledge and tools to reach my hair dye dreams. Reid is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and makes the entire experience the best it can be.

i know nothing about hair and my boyfriend said I would look cute blonde, little did we know my hair would turn Orange!!!!!!! It was so bad! I watched all the brad mondos (lol) I tried it all and I was literally so embarrassed to come in but this girl with pretty eye makeup (I didn’t see her name tag!!!) she gave me exactly what I needed and it turned out PERFECT!!!! thank you so much and she was so nice. Give her a raise <3
