Made a delivery here(I drive for WalMart) and the store manager was very impolite. Making demands, being very rude, couldn’t even introduce herself. I guess she thinks she’s above everyone because she’s the manager at this location. I’d never shop here, ever. If she’s that rude to someone who’s just making a delivery, imagine her around her associates or customers. Yikes.

Semi driver, delivery. Awesome!
The young man working this dock is amazing at his job!
He got me right in the dock, unloaded and staged, double-checked bills, and got me out of there A.S.A.P.
From the time I was given a dock until I was pulling out with signed bills in hand, it was maybe 30 minutes!
Exceptional job sir, thank you again!!

This store is a disaster! Lines forever and if you need to call them for Bakery or Tire Center, good luck, NO one answers the phones!!!! This store needs some serious customer service training!

Sams has been an amazing experience after having to deal with the insane lines and rudeness of Costco. Downloaded the Sams app and did scan and go from the start. Having the ability to scan each item, know the price as I go, and then just press pay in the app, and not have to ever wait in a line is amazing. They even have an arch with censors at the door to confirm the purchase and just get wavied through at the door. When I had a Costco membership just the thought of going there was stressful and dreaded having to go. With Sams I look forward to it and know I won't be stuck in multiple long annoying lines that eat up your day.

The Cafe is horrible here. Never have what they need out. Would not sell me a hotdog because they "weren't ready" so I order one online and it is miraculously done now. No condiments because they were "too busy to stock" maybe they need a new set of employees that can keep up as they should... pay for a membership to not have anything I want ready 90% of the time

This last visit was great. There were quite a few shoppers, and everyone I encountered was so pleasant. Several people appeared to be in a hurry and still not rude. Everyone must have been in a happy mood.

The discount for what is there is great, but they don't have a lot. Produce will go bad in two days or sooner.
The bottle return is a joke - spits out a paper every $0.10 to a dollar for cans and didn't accept diet or cherry coke plastic bottles.

So disappointing! I don't know what has happened to customer service. I checked hours and mistakenly looked at the Sams Gas Station hours instead of the store. Drove across town, arriving 5 mins after the store closed (gas station is open an hour later) They wouldn't let me pick up one item. I remember when businesses wanted sales, even if it meant staying a little later. Very disappointing!

The bakery at the Lansing store knocked it out of the ball park on my cake!! Not only was it delicious ( marble cake with whipped frosting), but they did exactly what I requested on the decorations! U of M colors on one side, Spartan green and white on the other side and beautiful lettering. It was PERFECT! Thank you, Sam's club bakery, you made the party very special!!!
