We had a great experience Brianna the sales representative was the best and deserves a raise she let us look around and when we had questions was right there to answer them didn’t feel rushed, pushed or pursued Into a purchase she simply let the product sale it self is only more sale reps were like her!

My salesman Shane was great. I just had my 5th back surgery and explained exactly what my needs were. Shane matched me with the perfect bed to fit those needs. He is an excellent salesman and I highly recommend this store and Shane.

Trenton was great! His initial response to my text was quick and he greeted us with a smile at the store! He listened to our needs and helped us find the perfect bed. As a repeat customer, we are excited to see what the new technology has in store. Best of luck at the Holland store Trenton!

Not sure why I am always asked to review things before I even get them delivered. So I can't give it more than 3 stars without being able to use the product. I do feel like after buying a bed for over $3000 it should come with at least one if not two pillows tho.

I visited the store on Labor Day. I knew very little about Select Comfort but was intrigued by the sale. Every staff member was helping someone so I roamed aimlessly. Within only a few minutes I was approached by the manager who worked hard to accommodate me and the person she was working with. She got me set up so I could self learn and assigned someone to help me asap. It was a fabulous experience. Although they were busy, I didn’t feel rushed. They took the time to answer all my questions, and I left purchasing what I expect to be the best bed ever purchased in my life. Can’t wait for the delivery date!!

I had purchased a pillow on line that came with a 100 day exchange policy. The pillow did not work for me, so I took it back to the store to return. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. They took the time to help me find the right pillow for me. They even had me try the pillow on the same style bed that I have, and they set the number to match mine. I cannot say enough good things about this team!!!

I have been sleeping on a sleeping on a sleep number since 2001. This is my third mattress from sleepnumber. I currently use one that will move to my guest room. I guess you could say I like how I sleep on them.

The manager, Lindsey, was very helpful in describing SleepNumber's products, walking me through all options, and overall being very cordial. Mattresses were out of my price range but left with a very comfy pillow thanks to her recommendation
