Got a haircut from Smita herself, and it was just perfect! She beautifully styled long layers with curtain bangs and face-framing. Exactly what I wanted. The salon has such a warm and friendly vibe. Loved the experience!

I really don't recommend going here, my eyebrows are always uneven when leaving, $15 isn't worth it, I'd rather take that 15 and get a waxing kit and do it by myself.

Awesome people! My hairdresser (my granddaughter ?) did an absolutely beautiful job with my hair. She's learning cosmetology, and her teacher/owner of the business is very, very knowledgeable and is showing her the correct way. I put my trust in both. I will continue to go back. I'm very pleased..

I could not recommend this place more! The owner and her stylist Rachel are both incredibly kind and talented individuals. Smita (the owner) goes out of her way to make sure all of her guests are comfortable and that their needs are met. She is incredibly hands on! Rachel is amazing with color! I am always beyond happy with my hair after she is done. She is also wonderful about keeping me informed through the process so I know what she’s doing (even though I trust her completely). This salon can service any hair texture as well, they are knowledgeable of all textures and their specific needs!I will be staying with Smita and Rachel for as long as possible!Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Traumatic experiences!#not normal hair texture!? #BIPOC experienceI had the worst experience going here the other day! I booked an appointment for my nieces and prior to the appointment explained she had curly hair and requires more time. I even called twice to make sure we were on the same page and that they were able to do all the things I was asking for. On the day I arrive after washing her hair they start talking to me about how they don’t have time to do all the things I spoke about and that there was a booking errors due to 4th of July. The owner herself states to me that they did not know my niece did not have normal textured hair and stated that it’s an extra charge to do her hair. She said all of this near my niece and the owner tells the stylist due to lack of time to cut my nieces hair while it’s curly and the stylist was a bit reluctant to but the owner insisted so the the stylist cut it before straightening it. I was both shocked traumatized and unable to respond to the way the owner described my nieces hair and to make it even worse they didn’t do the services I requested for. I paid and left and after getting in the car my niece then starts crying and says that she doesn’t want textured hair anymore. This really broke my heart she is only 5 years old! I ended up calling other places to blow dry and straighten her hair in hopes to make it less traumatizing for my nieces and after her hair was blow dried it was noticeable that the stylist cut her hair so unevenly and cut off so much hair length on certain areas when we requested for a trim. This is not my first bad experience at this place and every time my family members and friends go to this salon we have experienced trauma. I am writing this in hopes that no one else experiences this!Service: Haircut

Not for young black girls especially those with Autism or sensory overload. My 5 year old heard them calling her hair "textured" for being the reason we were OVERCHARGED and now repeatedly says she HATES HER TEXTURED HAIR. Black hair is not hard to do and Smita decided to cut the little girl's hair curly (instead of straight), now it is uneven. This little girl now has trauma going to hair salons.

After so many years of trying to get my hair exactly the way I want it, Rachel finally made it happen. Only went once, but I already know I won't let anyone else do my hair. Smita is so friendly and has a very comfortable salon.
