I went there 2 times for my blood work in past weeks this place is amazing staff is very kind n friendly .this is the fastest service lab I know ..I recommend this lab 100%

I stopped by my way to work at 8:15am this morning (Tuesday) and they're not even open.... no sign, nothing. Just the door locked. So that's very not helpful after I wasted time coming here.

Quick & easy. Sometimes there is a wait but even then the wait isn't too bad.

Great place getting Lab tests, the staff is very friendly and professional and knowledgeable along with great customer care. I highly recommend them. ?? ?

Came in at 11am to get a blood draw. The waiting room was full and there was over an hour wait so I had to leave. This is not the first time this has happened at the West Saginaw location. Prior to the pandemic I would get in and out of there in 10 minutes. Do better, Sparrow and figure out your staffing issues!

Always an hour or more wait time. This location used to be one of the fastest locations, but thanks to being understaffed it's now as slow as every other Lansing location

Lost my blood test and did not send it to my doctor, I even had a physical order form with where it needed to go. How do you lose that???

Tucked away in a corner, so it's easy to miss from the road. Was able to get in and out quickly.

The staff is great, but the hours of the facility leave something to be desired. Also they need more people as there is generally a long wait.

Came in at 6 so I could be quick nobody here now it's 648 lobby is full. Why they aren't calling anybody back is a fluke to me. Can't count on anywhere to ruin right nowadays
