Online says they open at 6am. Got here at 6am and the doors were locked. Then an employee told me the doors don't open until 6:30am. Don't waste your time and show up half an hour early.

When I went to this lab, I was given rather poor customer service by some tatted up douchebag. I made a complaint and Sparrow did nothing. It's sad to see a medical facility be on par with Burger King as far as their experience goes, because they're supposed to be a hospital. Where are the standards?

Had to drop off a sample, was told at my previous visit to just come inside and drop
It off, so I did just that. I then had a technician follow me into the parking garage and cuss me out all the way back inside to the lab for “not doing things correctly” after doing as instructed on my prior visit. Did not catch a name, but from other reviews it doesn’t matter as all staff seem to be unprofessional and not really care about their jobs.

Made an appointment the day before using MySparrow, arrived 15 minutes early, and was brought in on time and was out of there in 5 minutes. Great experience, will come back next time I need blood work.

Not sure who urinated in Brad's Wheaties this morning, but I know for sure it was not me. He must have had a really bad day, and his bad attitude was infectious. Terrible vibe in this place. Brandon, who is supposed to be a phlebotomist, doesn't want to work. He doesn't wanna take blood. Unfortunate. I signed it, came back in the prescribed time and he said he had taken me off the list. He is getting people away from sparrow. I'll go to a real lab that has accountability, not being run by a lazy kid

This lab is much different. The hours on Saturday and Sunday were 6am-6pm now 8-12 on Saturday and Sunday. This was changed around 60 days ago. This is very inconvenient for working people and FASTING patients as well! The labs techs were very patient, however large number of patients there to get bloodwork. Sparrow can you have extended hours at least on one of those days either Saturday or Sunday. The options are really quite limited and causing very long wait times due to reduced hours! Please review your hours at this location!!

Horrible backlog of patients and rude and dismissive treatment by lab technicians. If I hadn't had similar treatment at other Sparrow Lab locations I would go elsewhere.Short story: we were skipped over and treated very rudely when we tried to speak up to check on our status. 1 star for the kind lab technician that finally checked on why we had been waiting over 100 minutes and 1 star for labs that came back the same day.Long story: We were updated via text about our 65 minute wait time and then alerted that it would be 7 minutes or less. 30 minutes later (after waiting over 90 minutes) we asked a question of one of the lab techs who was very rude and said we had to just keep waiting and that waiting that long was to be expected. Another 15 minutes later, we got a text asking us to fill out a survey about our experience and again I tried to ask the next lab tech we saw (the same one we asked earlier) why I was getting a survey about our experience but she cut me off and told me rudely again that I just had to wait while she walked away from me, without checking my name or info. I called after her that I had received an invitation to complete a survey about my visit and fortunately another lab tech overheard and checked my daughters name to see that she had been marked as seen and we had obviously been skipped. She kindly took us back at that point and proceeded to help my toddler with compassion and kindness but the rude technician just huffed away without apology for her unkindness and lack of consideration.Considering the fact that we were there to check my two year old’s blood for signs of cancer and I was Terrified and had to keep my 2 and 6 year old calm and happy for a 100 minute wait, there could at least have been someone on duty to answer a question with kindness and apologize when our wait time exceeded the 85 minute estimate (which in itself is absurd and shameful). Her rudeness escalated an already stressful and fearful situation and made a difficult situation like bloodwork for a 2 year old so much worse. This is the second sparrow lab location at which I have experienced dismissive and inconsiderate staff expressing their own stress at me for unreasonable wait times and backlogged waiting rooms. Staff your labs better, Sparrow! And train your technicians to be considerate and kind to the patients who are already going through a hard time. Patients don’t need to be kicked when they’re down!

Screens not working to let patients know who is next or their order. Employees didn’t seem to care that everything looked dirty and in disarray. The wait time quoted was about 50 shorter than what it really was. This place used to be managed well. Not sure what happened to it.EDIT: we didn’t even get a “we are sorry for your wait”.
