Rude cashier. Didn’t post correct grade. Refused to give me my receipt or his name and told me on camera documented that I could get water for free if I had my own cup. They changed his mind. He could have simply said no in the first place but to cause a scene and not put my correct fuel grade in on top of that to continue negative discord, not apologize and tell me to leave without offering my receipt when I paid cash was deplorable. He refused to give his name so I could send a review and made up a name for his supervisor, Dan. If that is his real name. Reaching for validation through publicly ostracizing me instead of at least acknowledging his mistakes is wrong. Do better. He has glasses and a buzz cut hair medium build

I vow to avoid Speedway in the future. Within a week, this establishment double-charged me for in-store purchases while refueling at the pump. They placed an infuriating hold on my card, withholding my funds for five days. It was an utterly unacceptable experience. Despite their claim that their app is meant to prevent such issues, I did not even use the pump. This situation feels like robbery, and Speedway must address it promptly. I am escalating my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and the State of Michigan.

This place is disgusting, employees should be fired, pop station has looked this nasty for over a week, no excuses. Just lazy employees, they need better management!!

The cafe is never open and there's never any food available. The bathrooms are always dirty and the employees clearly hate their jobs

After I informed Dan the manager of his filthy coffee makers and I wasn't going to purchase any coffee he thought it would be funny to go make a name tag and ask me for my name Dan needs to understand there are plenty of other convenience stores with clean coffee machines where I'll choose to spend my money not with Speedway Dan might have been laughing when I left but I left with my money

I've never stolen from this store. There's an employee named Dan who accused me of stealing in the past with no evidence or justification. My ex stole once from there almost 3 years ago. How long will I be crucified everytime I go in. He has Napoleon complex. One to me he told me I took a pack of cigarettes from behind the counter. How is that possible?

They have really good gasoline I’d be fine with paying .01-.02 cents more for better gas. And they have a million assorted slushies great for the kids to make there own while your grabbing coffee because your kids are wired on a slush lol clean environment and the staff always had a smile and was nice. Coffee is always fresh when I go in and the pop machine is never broke down I can actually rely on a pop from them. And don’t forget you rewards for cheaper gas and points towards food and coffee

Every time I've came here my card gets charged but it says "declined" but the money comes out of my account. I've witnessed it happen to other people too then when it's my turn the employees act like they have never dealt with it before. This is fraud and has been submitted to the BBB. Whomever manages their CC machines need to be fired immediately.
