Store manager needs to be replaced, according to store employees, the manager said that company policy states they close and lock the bathroom doors from 8pm-6am and they will be reprimanded and or fired if they unlock the door for a customer to use, I verified with 5 other speedway locations that it is 100% false, I will be reporting to any and all state departments if it isn't rectified, as someone with bladder issues this is ridiculous and violates ADA laws.
It's sad that I have to edit this but it's clear the owner doesn't give a rats ass because it looks like this has been happening for over a year now, I guess I'll be making that report ASAP.

If I could give zero stars I would. My wife went in to ask if our daughter could use the bathroom while we were getting gas the attendant rudely said the bathrooms can't be opened until 6 am, it was 5:50 and they couldn't allow her to use the bathroom. We were coming from out of town and really gave me a bad start to this place. She had a key and could have opened it she just didn't want to and that's why I will avoid this place from here on out. Rude employees!!!!

I informed them of a drug deal I saw from THE CAR NEXT TO IT IN THE SAME SHARED LANE!!!!!!! 2 black sedans, blacked out windows, guy jumps in back seat, hands cash over shoulder, plastic bags are returned, no eye contact........ everybody rips outta there.... AND NO ONE BOUGHT GAS OR COFFEE. ------- DON'T GO THERE UNLESS YOU WAN TO DIE OR THEY CLEAN UP THERE ACT. (yes, this is a random name for the review btw).

Missy was extremely rude to me and multiple other customers I've been loyal too this speedway for the past 3 years and have never had a rude interaction with the staff ill probably be changing speedways after tonight

Couldnt leave a zero star rating so i give this store a 0. Missy is extremely rude to customers. Speedway also charged my debit card but showed it declined and States managers don't start till 5 am and she wouldn't call them to figure out the problem. Says they couldn't pull up the transaction but still took my money.

They took my money and then lied to my face even though I showed the cashier proof and she was very rude. Do not recommend this store at night.

Friendly staff but frustrated when the cafe for breakfast is closed in the mornings. I was there around 6:45am and there were pieces of paper hanging over the tablets saying closed. This is every morning I have tried to get breakfast. Not sure what time they actually will allow you to do a breakfast order. The speedway in Jackson I never have a problem getting breakfast early.

I can't come here anymore without getting bugged by 2 homeless guys almost every time I come here between 1230-130am.
