Customer service is awful. I prepaid for gas and left on accident. I called the store shortly after and the clerk told me it would be credited back to my card. It was not. I went to the store and spoke to the manager Teri on the phone. She had an attitude from the start and basically told me too bad I am out my money for gas I never received. Leaving was my mistake but i would have gone back that same day but the clerk on duty told me the money would be refunded. The manager completely disregarded this fact and just kept repeating we are not liable. Wont be back to this location.

Since speedway has been hacked and they put a new system in are giant fleet of trucks will not be coming to speedway anymore since they put their new system up you have to go inside to get the gas come back out then go back inside to get a receipt and get your money back I won't be coming here for gas anymore they don't got their system right and they don't seem to care if its working right and fix it, nobody knows what's going on with it either. I won't be going to speedway anymore. If you look at the comment they left here they're interested in knowing what the problem is why don't they just go out to the pumps at any of the stores and put a credit card in there and see if it works they don't care if your cards get hacked the people inside have no idea what's going on with the pumps so good luck getting any gas and not getting your car hacked I'll definitely still be going somewhere else.

After my order was rang up I asked a question to an employee named Terra. She interrupted me and her answer was I don't know I just put it in the computer.Because she couldn't answer, I asked her to scan it again. She took offense at this and eventually told me i'm the reason people get shot.She would not calm down and continue to raise her voice and yell at me as I left the store.I have been part of and witnessed miscommunication multiple times in this store due to the ambient noise. I do not fault misunderstandings. I do have a problem with overworked employees taking their stress out on me.The employee didn't care enough to listen to my original question. She had plenty of time to ignore other customers to yell at me.I believe employees at this particular location need to be especially patient. It has been understaffed for several years. You literally can't even move around inside the store sometimes due to all the delivery drivers that gas up at once.

Very poor customer service on the overnight at this location. First was mean mugged while walking into the store. Next, I go to the counter with my fountain drink, and the lady working says with an attitude while sweeping next to the registers “you know there’s a self serve register” so I proceeded to move my drink and realized it said card only. So I got back and she said “well I’m here now. Next time you could use that instead”. So I made it a point to show I was using cash and she had an attitude about it.

Employees were ignoring customers and talking amongst themselves for at least 5 minutes I couldn't get them to help me or ring me up for gas.

Extremely loud advertisements that cannot be muted. I am paying for gas, not to listen to loud advertisements and videos at the pump. Let us pump in peace please!

Prices are usually good but crazy busy because of Amazon and people just leaving vehicles. Also they have commercials blaring at you from the pump! Today one commercial played over, and over, and over, and over....
