This is the worst T-Mobile store to ever deal with the manager does not know how to do anything or how to handle accounts and will tell you whatever to get you to spend more money without knowing customer service will not help either

Horrible customer service. Make sure never to do business with this store. PIN was not provided at the time of opening new phone service, so customer care could not help. Frank was horrible. Told me to come back after 14 days, just so that the service could not be cancelled. Charged to return phone due to "restocking fees", and could not be more horrible to do business with. RUN away from this company and this location in particular.

if I could leave zero Stars I would! I wanted wireless internet for my vehicle so I could travel. The salesperson seem to be very and we had long conversations of what I needed to use this wireless internet for. I explained I wouldn't be using it for about 2 weeks as my next vacation was in the middle of May. I was hesitant on signing up because I was afraid that if it didn't work for what I need it to I did not want to be locked into any kind of contract. I was more than assured that I had 30 days to return the equipment and cancel the account if it wasn't what I needed. When using the wireless internet it worked great for the first 4 hours then even though I had perfect signal it would not stay connected. This ultimately resulted in me missing for hours of work because I did not have a steady internet connection. On 5/18 I returned to the store and explain to my entire situation. The salesman who sold me the equipment stood there agreeing that he gave me 30 days to return it however nobody would return it because apparently there's a 14-day return policy. The man there at the counter kept insulting me and talking down to me as I was beginning to get angry that I am now locked into a 2-year contract at $50 a month for something that does not work. The sales man even mentioned that maybe the box that they sold me was not good and that they should not refer it to any other customers however I am stuck with this. They absolutely would not help me at all. So far I have paid over $103 to use less than 1/2 GB of service in a month. I am beyond livid with T-Mobile. I should not be locked into a contract of something that I was lied to about and that does not work.

I went into the store and spoke with someone about my phone,It has a big black line going through phone where the hinge is, i have the Samsung galaxy fold 3, they told me it would be covered by the warranty as its clearly a hinge problem. Today I get an email the new phone is in. I bring it In amd we take off the screen protector and their is a small crack so the worker says it can't be a warrant claim it has to be an Insurance claim which is 200. Safe to say ill be switching from this company. That's bad customer service

Myself, mom, and sister came in today to get new phones and also look into changes in our plan. Tre greeted us, answered all our questions, saved us money, and was just an overall amazing person to work with. He made the process easy and knew so much. We all walked away so happy because of our new phones but also because of the amazing job Tre did. The other workers there were just as friendly and kind! I definitely recommend this location.

The customer service is great. The common sense or knowledge on some simple tasks not so great. For example my wife's first middle and last name were all put in as the last name on the application so we're running into a few problems with that. The person also pit in the d.o.b wrong so that's causing further problems.

I've been a valued and satisfied customer for eighteen years , T -Mobile has the best pricing plans than all of the other Mobile providers combined and the best network coverage both domestically and internationally , along with great customer service and a excellent and professional staff. I highly recommend them. ??? ??

I had a great experience at this location. I went in to this store on July 3, 2022 to get the screen on my phone repaired and everything was clean, the staff was extremely courteous, and my phone was done in a reasonable amount of time. It took about an hour, maybe less I'm not sure. Thank you very much to Tre and Rob who repaired and updated my phone from Sprint towers to T-Mobile towers. I am very pleased with the crossover!?
