Nicole was very helpful. Answered all of my questions and walked with me to my unit to show me where it is. Used this facility in the past. Experience was so good I returned when the need for storage came up again.

I was given 2 small units instead of 1 big one and it wasn't enough for all of my belongings so I was forced into paying for a 3rd unit so I wouldn't loose my stuff. 3 small units is extremely inconvenient.

I am so happy with my experience at Storage Sense Lansing on Aurelius Rd. Before signing a contract with them, they provided all of the information I needed and have me a tour of the facility. I felt that my items would be safe with the security they had in place. They corresponded with me via phone & email beforehand with all of the rules & expectations. Move in was very easy and throughout the entire process, the staff were very helpful. I had to move my items out 15 months later due to relocation and staff at Storage Sense Aurelius made the process super easy, immensely helpful, I cannot recommend this storage unit location enough!

Storage Sense was a great place to store my belongings i had no issue with rodents or bugs and i had the same unit for approximately 3 years. I would recommend them to others

The 2 nice ladies at the counter was straight forward helped me out in a decent fashion was to the point and made sure if had questions on every portion of the signing So nothing was left out definitely recommend storaging here
