Got my new mower here. They did not have it onsite but they were able to have one brought in within 24 hours and delivered out to our house for us. Chris was great to work with. Really knew his stuff and was patient with me as I am not very familiar with mowers.

Lack of communication - quote prices to us and then say "Oh that did not include labor." Wow, you should run on the Harris ticket!

They have had our riding lawn mower for a simple belt replacement for over 6 weeks during peak mowing season. When dropped off, they said it would be ready the following week. There has been no communication from them, we are always calling to get an update. They keep saying “it should be done soon.” I think at this point they’re just going to keep it along with our deposit? Do not go here for maintenance! This has been the most horrific customer service experience.
Update: We finally got a call back and they proceeded to tell us that the mower is ready for pickup (for how long had it been sitting there ready?) they had also completed several unauthorized services to the mower that we were completely unaware of because, again, no one cared to call and explain what they were suggesting be done in order to get our permission to go ahead and do it.
This has been the most absurd experience. Thankfully the person we spoke with in the store seemed like the most competent employee we've dealt with throughout this entire experience, he apologized and acknowledged that how this was handled was not okay and gave us $60 off our bill that was several hundred dollars more than what we authorized. Whatever. We still won't be returning and risking going through this again.

The guys at the power barn were great, all 3 guys were taking care of me when I purchased a snowblower for my 92 yr old dad, couldn't have asked for a better experience and because it was off season I received a great price..in and out in about 10 minutes ?

brought my lawnmower blade in to be sharpened. they did it in about 2 minutes and did a fantastic job. they were having issues with their card reader, and rather than have me wait for it to start working again, they just let me go with the service done for free. i will be in here again, fantastic customer service!

If you are looking for any sort of robotic mower install and/or support, I have had nothing but horrible service from this company, more so Renee. Her lack of knowledge in this line of business, supports why she won’t return calls or text messages, including texts that shows she read it. Renee installed my underground wiring and now my mower needs to be serviced yearly to maintain its warranty, but she won’t return my calls, even though this is who TPB refers me too to schedule the service. I cannot speak for any other service this business offers, but if you are looking to make a purchase or any support/service that involves robotic mowers, with Renee’s name attached to it, do not waste your time and money going here. You will regret it.
