Quality of work is awful. Had my mirrors painted and a couple months later they began to crack and flake in random areas. I contacted them immediately and they said they’d fix them this winter. Contacted them this week and they told me to disassemble the mirrors myself. After telling them I don’t know how (mind you I shouldn’t have to disassemble them they’re the ones that screwed it up) they told me to YouTube it and bring them the pieces that need fixed once I have them torn apart. Very disappointed in how I was treated and the quality of work done. I painted snow plows with cheap paint from a lawn and garden store and a harbor freight paint gun and they held up better…. Took them elsewhere to get properly painted.

Unfortunately, I've needed body work far too often, but Thompson's has done phenomenal work for me each time. They're skilled, timely, and most importantly, honest. I can't recommend Gregg and his crew highly enough.
