Very unfriendly! I went in to browse I always stop when I’m near a TJ Maxx. I asked one staff where the small hand baskets were she couldn’t even speak just pointed in a direction like I was bothering her. Then I was in the home good
Section plenty of staff talking in the aisle never once acknowledged just looked at it. The only friendly one I encountered was the cashier ringing me up. So shoutout to Lyn thank you!

Frandor and west side. I shop often, glad to have them here.
Its a select few shoppers that are a eyesore, they're not local or show no respect, open packages to try food. Ditch it on another shelf. Or, I saw them plain steal. Take cosmetic item out of box into their pocket. Put the box back. Wish they would stop, get caught and prosecuted. How can ANY business stay above this type of garbage?

Fair selection of inventory but examine anything carefully as I noticed several damaged products on the shelves. Check out was understaffed. Did not add a register with customers in line when other staff appeared available.

Absolutely the most horrible customer service I have ever dealt with I waited for 45 min for someone to unlock the cologne for me and after 45 minutes still no one came after I asked 3 different employees absolutely horrible

Every piece of unsalable garment arrives at FRANDOR TJ MAXX.
So what you get here - is incredibly unorganized unsellable STUFF!
Take the drive to Brighton or other location
bc this Frandor stop is total waste of time.

This particular TJMaxx is somewhat smaller than others or at least has less inventory. But it's still a great place to pick up things you need and find wonderful things you didn't realize you needed!!!
