Was double-charged for an $8 item because the cashier was trying to separate my items by department (for some reason) and got confused. She said she fixed it, but she didn't, and I didn't notice until I double-checked the receipt at home.

Yesterday was the worst experience I ever had in tjmax. Usually this location has friendly cashiers, but what happened was unbelievable. So I approached this cashier for check out I and my cousin, the cashier then gave a grimace to her coworker next to her and my cousin saw it but didn’t react , then we had two luggage’s, she proceed to open the luggage and check it like tsa and keeps asking did you check it if there is something inside, I was like no, who the hell opens the zippers inside a luggage to check it, we were tested like thieves and did ask the same questions again for the second luggage, usually the cashiers checks inside purses and luggage inside normal which I understand, but to have the audacity to ask me again and again if I have checked the inside of it like I’m smuggling drugs, no and no I deserve respect as I come to spend my money not to be treated like a criminal. I chose not to say anything by cause I was tired, I gave her the benefit of doubt not to call her racist because that’s the only explanation I can give it of what happened. In conclusion management please check on your cashiers, most of them are nice but this particular one does not represent the values of tjmax. Thank you.

I had a great shopping experience here. I was surprised. My sweet step-daughter gave me a gift card for Mother’s Day. I had not been to TJ Maxx in a long time. I was so impressed. I found my absolute favorite candy. A pan to match my set that I have been looking for, great cosmetics, adorable glass mushrooms, and so much more. I had a blast. I’ll be going back. She says they have the best olive oil. And I want some of that Himalayan pink salt that I’ve seen Facebook cooks using.

Love browsing this store. Found some nice clothes storage baskets 3-pack for $14.99 for my closet. Also, very cute cooler weather rompers for my granddaughter!

My wife loves these stores! This T.J. Maxx is a very nice, organized, and spacious location. Alot of good deals, you can find alot of things much cheaper than other box stores or even Amazon. The Bathrooms were also very clean an smelled nice. Nice location all around!!!
