OMG this Home Depot is the worst- went to purchase a grill- asked for help 2x - stood around for 30+ minutes to ask the price on a grill (as none of the webers had a price tag) to be later told two different answers! Off to Lowes we go!!!

I reserved a tiller for a day. Did this several days in advance based on weather. Arranged for some extra help to come in to town. I get a text message that Home Depot cancelled my reservation without a reason about 9 pm the day before my reservation. I don't typically check my messages on the weekend. I see it and I am livid. A phone call from them would have been warranted. I tried to call and of course no answer. I contact customer service and they tell me they will find one at another location but I would have to take my time and not so cheap gas to go out of town to get it. The message today. This item is out of stock. WTH? How can you be out of stock? How about you go get the item at another store and bring it to this store to fulfill my order. It took 90 minutes on the phone with customer service last night to get a manager to talk to me. I have heard others speak on bad service from this store and until today hadn't that experience. Take my money elsewhere is the message I hear from this interaction. Go to Ace, Menard's, Lowes, anyone but Home Depot if this is the kind of customer service they offer.

Horrible service for delivery. Have been waiting for a fridge for almost a month. Had to reschedule because they showed up outside of there 4 hour window they said they would be there. I guess they don't think the customers or there time is valuable.

I returned some merchandise I found a better deal elsewhere however they did not credit my account the fall amount of money. It was all on the same card and they refunded $26.47 of it however I have to wait on the other $190.74. I made a second trip up here because I didn’t understand why my account wasn’t fully credited and she said I have to wait 3 to 5 days. Can someone explain to me why? It’s not like I can walk in here and pick something up and walk out a bit and tell him I’ll give them payment in 3 to 5 days.

Went to go pick up grill I ordered and had assembled. They brought out a grill that looked like it was outside all winter. It had bird p*** all over it, covered in dust and drip pan that was filled with water.

Went to get wire for project. Took a sample of wire to match up for task. I left empty handed. Nobody knows what wire, or if they had the wire if they could identify in the first place. If you specifically know what you need and where to find it in the store you should be ok. The second you need a person that knows anything about squat then you better leave Home Depot because they don't know squat. They don't know Jack either. The closest wire they had was $100 more than I can get it for online.

This place is THE WORST Home Depot I have ever been to. People who work here are 20 year old college students who don’t have a single clue where to start in any knowledge of this store. I asked a kid where the wire brushes are, he brought me to RAKES. What an embarrassment. Worst customer service and product I have experienced in my life. We pay $1800 for carpeting and wait 5 weeks for the install, and here's what we get: 1) only one guy, when furniture removal was part of our contract 2) didn't bring enough carpet 3) the carpet they did bring was 2 different colors (see attached) When we tried to resolve the matter, they told us it'll be another 4-6 weeks and then wouldn't give us a refund or promptly pick up their product (we live 1.9 miles away from the store). I will NEVER shop there again and I will tell everyone I know (especially all the contractors) about my TERRIBLE experience.

I ordered lawn mower they said it be here by the 29th of may it came early the driver left it at the end of the drive way near the road were anyone could gotten it in heavy rain it's a good thing I was home. Forget trying to call them because the won't answer there phone.

They love to profile people here, yet why they harrassed a paying customer they allowed a guy to walk right out as I have $2500 in my cart. I show them my hd credit cards show them the recipient's for over $5000 the day before show them the cash in my pockets yet they tell me if I don't like it leave!!

They double charged me for paint. The manager says that happens often. However, they refuse to give me my money back when they clearly withdrew money from my bank account. My bank even confirmed they stole money from me. I gave Home Depot proof that they did double down and steal money from me. On top of the double charge for the paint the paint turned out to be bad. 100.00 out the door. Thx Home Depot

Bought 5k in fencing 3 months ago, still waiting for it. Called and spoke with pro services and asked them to call the manufacturer and ask and they said they would, that was 2 weeks ago and still no call back. I’m going to tell them come get half the order you delivered and take it back and give me a refund. Don’t deliver half of it and promise the panels will be there in a week and then in a week say we have no clue when they will be in.

I had a good experience overall with this tool rental location. The employees were very helpful and professional. There were several issues with the stump grinder I rented - some of which could have been avoided by proper maintenance and some were not their fault at all. Took off a star for these issues but I was thankful that staff gave a discount upon return to help compensate for the issues. Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. My experience was very good overall.
