Today my 82 year old father had to return a battery he purchased from this TSC location. The "customer service team" was absolutely lousy! They challenged my dad because he didn't have a receipt. Good news, he's shopped here for many years, and is a TSC Club member. My dad mentioned that, the employees reluctantly looked his information up. Crazy thing, they found that he DID buy the battery from this location........Unfortunately the store didn't have one in stock....NOT one employee offered to call another store to check if they had one in stock....THANKYOU NAPA for taking care of my dad....TSC....please work on your customer service and PLEASE do your best to help the "old guys out"!*Not a happy daughter of a pretty awesome dad.......Very upsetting!

Went to Tractor Supply for baby chicks. Gentleman was very informative polite and friendly guiding my buying. Got 4 beautiful chicks (2 Australorp’s and 2 Welsummers): they are healthy, growing like crazy and cute as heck. Very pleased with the help and service.

Got winter boots for both my kids and winter gloves. They have nice selection of stuff for adults but kids seems very limited. But I did fine what I needed and happy for that. 2 boots and 2 gloves, $70+.

I had interactions with the store manager and she was rather rude. Everyone else in the store was kind and very helpful, and have been on every other occasion. The store manager needs an attitude check.

Worst experience ever at a TSC. I'd call it ridiculous, but that implies a level of humor, and there definitely was nothing funny about this at all. As anyone who has animals may know, penicillin has been all but impossible to find for months on end now. Hoping to find some online and have it shipped to our farm, I Googled and was surprised -- and skeptical -- to find that this particular TSC reported having two 250 cc bottles in stock. I called the store, told the clerk who answered that I'd be coming from over an hour away, and asked if someone would check to make sure that there was actually at least one bottle in stock in their meds fridge. After being on hold for adequate time for someone to check, she came back on the line and assured me that her manager had looked and they in fact did have two bottles on hand. I reiterated that we would be making a 50+ mile trip each way, and she once again told me that her manager had checked and they were there. Arriving at the store, I made a beeline for the meds fridge. A quick glance confirmed the suspicion that had been growing in my mind; if something seems too good to be true, it's probably false. Approaching the clerk at the register -- the only employee on the sales floor other than a man-child who was in animated discussion on his cell phone -- I waited for her to finish with the customer she was helping. Meanwhile, said man-child continued his conversation at full volume: "We're talking about YOUR divorce! You KNEW I was married when we got together!". And on and on. Nice. Very professional. Perfect place to discuss your unsavory, unscrupulous, MESSY life while you're on the company clock. The cashier finished with her customer, and I told her what I was looking for. She spoke with another employee via her headset, and they went to confirm what I already knew: not a drop of penicillin in stock, despite those two fictional bottles still shown in their inventory. "But they have some at the Bad Axe store!" she chirped. People three miles away likely felt my eye roll and heard my snort of derision/exasperation. I wouldn't have cared if an employee at the Bad Axe store IG'd themselves tap dancing in the aisle holding said penicillin; I was NOT driving an additional 300+ miles round trip on the say-so of a TSC employee from that store. So... an afternoon wasted, 112 miles of fuel burned with diesel at $5.36 a gallon, and absolutely nothing to show for it other than complete contempt for this store and every employee in it at the time of my visit. Consider this a cautionary tale for anyone hoping to get decent HONEST service from this store: they are clearly firmly entrenched in DGAF mode, and your needs as a customer come dead last. Go ANYWHERE else.

Conveniently one minute from my work, they carry alot of my everyday products for work and when I can't wait for something to get shipped there my go to. On Sunday there was a down pour and are pump outside that keeps are backdoor from flooding got clogged and before i knew it I was in a lot of water and needed to buy a backup pump like yesterday. So I flew over to the Grand River TSC and got a pump.....I was very rude to the cashier mainly because I was completely soaked after laying in the rain trying to get are pump unclogged and I didn't want to wait on the customer in front of me but the young gentleman at the cash register was super nice and remained calm like a perfect gentleman. Next time I'm not in a hurry I'm tipping this guy he was the best cashier you could have and TSC you should give that guy a raise.
