I’m done with Ulta salons. While I’ve had decent experiences with the stylists before, the way my appointments have been handled is completely unacceptable. Having my appointment canceled the same day is beyond unprofessional and a huge waste of my time. As a hijabi, I’ve always requested a private/back room, which they provided before, but now the last-minute cancellations make me question if my request is the issue. Is this discrimination, or is Ulta just this unreliable with everyone? Either way, I refuse to put up with it any longer. If you can’t respect your clients’ time or needs, you don’t deserve their business.!!!!!

Waited over 10 minutes at Curbside pickup. Had to call the store and let them know I was out there. They never apologized for the wait. And claim they were short-staffed. But they quickly answered the phone and they were quickly out there when they realized I'd been waiting for a while...

Brianna is a truly talented stylist. I’ve visited her several times, and each time I’ve shown her inspirational photos, she executes them and exceeds my expectations. She shows attention to detail, and her skills are consistent! Additionally, she’s very kind and welcoming, which makes every appointment a great experience. I highly recommend Brianna to anyone looking for a stylist who delivers beautiful results!!

Extremely Disappointed with My Hair Service at Ulta
I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt I needed to share my experience. I went to Ulta to get my hair dyed, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed with how everything turned out. The stylist rushed me out the door the moment she realized she had another client waiting. She left red hair dye all over my face, which I didn’t even notice right away because I was focused on how my hair turned out.
She spun me around to show me the back of my hair with a mirror to look at the back of my head and the color, took a picture for her Instagram and then sent me on my way. She had tried wiping my face with some cream while washing my hair, so I assumed everything was cleaned off—but I was wrong.
When I got home, I saw dye stains all over my face, and what I thought was more dye turned out to be a patch of what felt like and looked like a rug burn. It’s still visible, slowly fading, but it’s incredibly frustrating and honestly embarassing.
I called the store and explained everything. The only response I got was, “We’ll let the stylist know.” No apology, no offer of a refund or discount—nothing. It felt like they didn’t care at all about the experience I had.
I would not recommend going here if you're expecting professional, attentive service. Sometimes a lower price comes with a lower standard, and unfortunately, I learned that the hard way. Do yourself a favor and go to a salon with more experienced, customer-focused stylists

Audrey cut my hair and was amazing. She really listened and when I asked for opinions, she gave them... I. My experience stylists never do that, but I need it. Then Brenda went above and beyond to help me find the right type of facial products. Really happy I came here.

This location is absolutely amazing and the people who work there are extremely knowledgeable. The only issue i have with the company ( i know its not a location issue) is booking a service through the app as it never lets me get passed the first page.

Madison with the brow bar is incredibly talented and I absolutely would recommend for anyone to go back to her. Someone at a different location (not Ulta) overplucked my eyebrows and she was able to reshape them. It is the best anyone has ever shaped my eyebrows and I will 100% be going back to her in the future. Thanks, Madison!

I had a very special party and on this day I was happy to go put on makeup.... But the shock was losers, I came home crying, I wiped all the makeup and put on makeup... And their prices are expensive, and the machine asks me, I pay a very tip, failures, and I will not repeat this mistake again

Brianna is an outstanding stylist! I came to Brianna after coloring and cutting my own hair for the past couple of years. It was a mess! She immediately made me feel comfortable (no judgement) and has completely transformed my hair! She colors (including highlights) and cuts my hair. I get so many compliments! I feel so fortunate I found her and highly recommend her!
