Oh my gosh! I had a super great experience yesterday at Ulta (west) Lansing location! Becca was a delight, giving me a great impression and welcoming me into the store. She helped me find what I was looking for and then introduced me to Breanna at the Brow Bar, who not only helped with waxing and grooming my eyebrows,,, (LOVE THEM) but then she also gave me a great haircut!!! She is a detailed, thorough, cosmetologist and stylist. I am extremely pleased. Breanna, you have a new client!!!!! ♥️🤩🥰 Then, at check out, Lyndsey was very kind. I highly recommend this store and they have wonderful staff! ♥️♥️A+♥️♥️

Had a haircut with the stylist Jennifer today and it is amazing! Delivered exactly what I asked for (face framing, lots of layers) and styled it perfectly. Seriously one of the best haircuts I have had and for a great price.

I went into Ulta today looking for some simple makeup since I haven't used it for almost a decade. I was a little frustrated trying to figure out what would work for me, but Aliyah was fabulous at helping me find what I needed. She was fantastic, very knowledgeable and personable. She helped me find some options to try, so I could see if they work for me before investing a lot of money. She was awesome!

Made an appointment with Breanna in the salon to fix a really bad haircut I got somewhere else. She was super helpful. She made me look so much better than I thought possible. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. And she even taught me how to style my hair and gave me product recommendations!! She went above and beyond for me.

Ulta Beauty Lansing Marketplace; I love this
Shop! My favorite part is going to the Salon to see Seth Ortega. He is a great stylist and colorist! He as always knows just what to do and is always very respectful of my budget. I get the best treatment! He is always cheerful and what a multitasker! I highly, highly recommend Seth!

Aliyah helped me find the right shade of foundation and gave me Amazing tips on makeup application and things to try with my skin care routine. The results are amazing! I went to pick up one item that was pre ordered, pre paid and ready for pick up for my wife.
I get to the store and show the clerk the email of the from my wife for the order with the order number, her name, and the item.
The clerk asks for my ID.
I provide valid id that has the same last name as my wife and the order.
The clerk won't give me the item because I'm not on the pick up list my wife is.
I call my wife with the clerk and use speaker phone to communicate to my wife the buyer that I'm at alta, I have ID, and they won't give the item.
My wife gives the clerk authorization for me to take the item and the clerk won't let me pick it up....I have to Be added to the order.
Clerk refuses to allow pick up.
For clarity:
I paid for the item.
I have an ID with my name and same last name of purchaser
I had the order number and email
I had a screen shot of the order with my wife's phone phone showing the order and her name on the photo
I had my wife call the clerk and authorize the pick up
I have picked up kids for my neighbor from a day care for them to drive them home with less information than what I provided to get lip gloss.
