Staff is very unprofessional, as soon as they saw the jewelry in my open bag they mouth start watering, i ask them to pack it in front of me so i can make sure it’s packed securely they refused and charged me even 20$ for packing material. Very stupid. Thats why i use fedex not recommending this location atleast for UPS

No matter how busy they are they are kind and friendly. Store is always clean and orderly. Sue in your W Saginaw store #1362 is always the person who helps me and she is absolutely amazing.

Don't do business at this UPS location!
On Dec 5 2024 I dropped off a box of Christmas Gifts to send to family in California. They gave me a receipt and then promptly lost my package. The UPS tracker said the package had not left this location, and I should check back later. After 2 weeks of this nonsense I started a Lost Package Claim with UPS. Which started a month long cycle of frustration with UPS corporate, whose well-meaning agents all gave me different instructions on how to file. The online software for claims is quite unfriendly and broken. Finally on Feb 10, 2025 I was able to deposit their $100 refund towards the $750 worth of gifts they lost.
I have had enough of this Lansing UPS store and of UPS in general.
