Customer service was amazing! Very friendly!! The receipt doesn’t have the employees name who helped me, but thank you so much! I had a heavy package of clothes I needed to return and the lady was nice enough to give me a used box to fit them all in so I didn’t have to pay for a box!!

Honestly my review is a 0. I’ve called six times trying to figure out what’s going on with one of my packages. It actually rang instead of going to voice mail this time and then it was hung up. I called to speak with a supervisor instead and their mailbox is full so I couldn’t even leave a message.

I e been calling non stop and can’t never get a answer! I changed my address in September and been receiving my mail now they started sending it back to my old addresse again! And you can’t even get into contact with them!! Smfh!

I am disabled and not able to go down stairs to pick up packages that do not fit in my mailbox. The post office doesn't deliver to apartments so when ever I get a package I have to find someone to go get it (very inconvenient) but I do. Now I'm getting a copy of a missed notice no back and above all it says FINAL NOTICE I never got a previous notice. Who can I call to complain no one because there is no way to talk to someone. I can't stand the service!

I buy beautiful commemorative stamps and like to decorate the packages I send with many different stamps, it's a work of art! The associate took her black sharpie and scribbled out all the stamps! I was LIVID! She said "someone could peel the stamp off and re-use it." She destroyed my efforts and made the package look UGLY! the opposite of what I was going for! I have never had a USPS employee desecrate my packages before! I will be forced to drive outta town to go to a different post office where the employees have common sense! Still LIVID about it! Why bother decorating a beautiful package with USPO beautiful stamps if she's just gonna destroy it?! AAHHHHH!!!!!!!!

Already payed 25 dollars for a mailbox key but giving people the wrong one is crazy check the keys and locks before people have to keep wasting money and gas

I’ve been missing my mail for a while. I’m so busy I’ve honestly been blowing it off until I ordered a package that never arrived. When I visited this office to get help I received exceptional support. My issue was fixed right away. Incredibly happy and grateful for the help.
