id rate you a 0 stars if i could frankly. I ordered a cat toy from tiktok shop and you guys have decided to just keep it at the post office?Wont answer your phone. Won't let me get redelivery, Even though my address is available for it! I have no way to get up and pick it up! Just redeliver it!

I have been there several times and they have always resolved any issues I've had. There are times that they do get really busy and that can take quite a bit longer but I usually have problems within minutes at this facility. Very helpful and good communication with employees making decisions to seek help here since I live very close to it.

This post office is the worst my check has been missing since the 9th and it's still not coming in today's mail they don't care and hasn't did anything to help I talked to Travis Jeremy and the temporary mail carrier Shanda and I still got terrible results smh
