Dropped off a large box here to ship long distance. Staff was super nice and helpful and was in and out of the location pretty quick even though there was a bit of a line. The inside seemed half empty (much like the mall nearby) and the location felt like it is just hanging on. But, again, key was the staff were nice and efficient.

Guy panhandling in the entrance. Only one person working the counter on a busy Monday morning and she was complaining about her job to a friend/customer. Next time I’m recording my entire experience here.

Came in today around 330pm. Was helped by a man who was so nice and patient with me as we figured out what I needed to do to send a package. I was second in line, and when I left, there were only 2 people in line.

The employee at the counter was very rude. She was not wearing a name tag, probably because she is always rude. Good customer service goes a long way. I will be going to another post office in the future.

One employee ruins this entire facility. Angela, why are you so mad? Your job is scanning packages…. Why do you hate it so much? I feel like as soon I make eye contact with Angela, she gets immediately mad for no reason. Also, thank you Shawn for always being an amazing help, and having an amazing attitude. Maybe Shawn could show Angela how to work in customer service correctly.

The only reason this has two stars instead of one is because the second postal worker took the time to help me. She was very patient and very kind. The FIRST postal worker whom I have dealt with before was extremely rude before and was extremely rude today I waited in line for several minutes while they emptied new packages and put them in the back. There are new mailing labels that I was unfamiliar with so by the time I got up to the counter, she said I had filled out the envelope wrong so “go fill out the right label and get back in the line”. Very very rude. If she hates her job so much she needs to get another job. The customer that was next was kind enough to let me go in front of him and not go all the way to the back of the line which had several people waiting. I see why they don’t wear name tags. I would call her out, but I don’t know her name. I just know her face. The next time I go, I will gladly wait in line before I will let her assist me. She is a poor representative for the USPS. I went in on a Monday andI needed a letter to reach its destination fast and asked if I mailed it regular mail when would it get there and was told probably Friday, but it I paid for priority mail for $14+ it would get there by Wednesday. Well I paid the extra money and the letter didn't get there until Saturday. They rip people off with paying extra and it still don't get there faster.

Horrible customer service, the lady today was so rude, she had no desire to help fix the mistake the post office made, was belittling me in front of everyone in the long line that was forming, will never go back, absolutely disgusting behavior from these people, they think they are better than everyone, not sure why.

Why offer a kiosk if you’re too lazy to empty the bin? At least 50% of the time the bin is jammed shut and tracking shows that packages regularly sit for 36 hours or more. It’s unthinkable to make that kind of salary and benefits and not take 60 seconds to empty the collection bin before leaving.

Slow to scan in packages and packages sit until end of day. Terrible after a holiday. Looks like I am printing labels and not delivering it to post office but it is sitting at post office not going anywhere
