I went in on a Monday andI needed a letter to reach its destination fast and asked if I mailed it regular mail when would it get there and was told probably Friday, but it I paid for priority mail for $14+ it would get there by Wednesday. Well I paid the extra money and the letter didn't get there until Saturday. They rip people off with paying extra and it still don't get there faster.

Horrible customer service, the lady today was so rude, she had no desire to help fix the mistake the post office made, was belittling me in front of everyone in the long line that was forming, will never go back, absolutely disgusting behavior from these people, they think they are better than everyone, not sure why.

Why offer a kiosk if you’re too lazy to empty the bin? At least 50% of the time the bin is jammed shut and tracking shows that packages regularly sit for 36 hours or more. It’s unthinkable to make that kind of salary and benefits and not take 60 seconds to empty the collection bin before leaving.

Slow to scan in packages and packages sit until end of day. Terrible after a holiday. Looks like I am printing labels and not delivering it to post office but it is sitting at post office not going anywhere

I receive a monthly subscription box currently and today my box came in, I wasn't home at that time but my bro was. He said that the USPS person asked for $10.95 delivery fee for the box and he hand it to him. I already pay for the shipping, it's included with the monthly fee. I contact them and they said that this problem should be resolved with USPS and that I have already covered shipping. There is something very shady going on with the shipping and postal services around Lansing. My mom ordered a new iPhone and Fedex driver never delivered the phone and they send us an email saying it was delivered. So, it was either stolen by the driver or it was given to a completely different address and it took us DAYS to get it replaced being on the phone 6+ hours. Please don't order anything expensive and just purchase at stores. They have new drivers and they're very careless and they steal!

This location makes it impossible to know when to come to the post office during a lunch hour. The service window is closed when they decide to go to lunch. Sometimes its 11:00-12:00, or 12:00-1:00 or 1:45-2:45. Who does business like that?

This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. Their hours are highly inconvenient and if you get in line at exactly 5:30, they still can’t find it in themselves to help you EVEN WHEN YOU HAVE A CLEAR DISABILITY.I am highly disappointed in this postal service location. Send me away, I don’t care. I am blessed that I can use the self checkout lane and manage, but when you see people with clear physical disabilities that will impair their ability to use the self-checkout kiosk—COME ON PEOPLE!!!!
