Black girl who kept saying "I'm from ATL" "When I was in the A" tried scamming my gf. She put the insurance on her upgrade when my gf clearly said she wasn't interested. When we called her out for it she stated that she couldn't take it off the plan, however, the Verizon in Portland did just that. She kept talking like she was a gangster from "A.T.L' and overall sounded stupid. Guess what "gangster" who only STAYED in Atlanta, not actually from Atlanta... I'm from Flint Mi and I don't flaunt it like a fool bc I'm not proud of it. I'm not okay with people asking me about it or making assumptions about me because of it. What I've seen happen there tops anything you have to say about "the A.T.L. Girls need to grow up and educate themselves a bit.

I was having problems with my phone. Took it to the okemos Verizon store. That's where I met Dexter. He took care of everything. Thank you Dexter for the great service!!

Sent my son up to remove his phone from my bill because he is an adult now. So he needed permission to change my account to remove his phone so I remotely gave it to him, the next thing I know I go from 3 phones unlimited for 127 a month to 2 phones at 160 a month, called Verizon (corporate), someone at this store changed my plan, like wow. Now after talking to Verizon (they won't tell me what this store did) my bill is 110, I should have just left him on his own bill for an extra 17 a month!!! Now he has his own plan for 60 a month...Talk about shady employees.....must be getting kickbacks or bonuses based off of new sign ups.
Stay away from these predators!!

Great customer service in the store. Was unsure about switching and Sam was able to set up my phone so I could try out both my current provider and Verizon at the same time. After a few days the choice was clear and Sam was able to help me over the phone to make the switch without having to go back to the store. 10/10 service!

Busy busy location, customer service is by far the worst I've ran into for a Verizon store (they honestly dont care about your problem inside)Do yourself a favor and find another location.

I was in the store in person, I came in with an issue that I needed to have resolved and no idea how to do it. I personally wanted to thank Kadison And Madison for going through each step of stress with me and making sure I was fully settled and helping me with every issue that we had. I genuinely could not appreciate them enough as they were my saviors tonight. They helped me every step of the way and made sure before I left. Everything was as it was needed to be.

Saleswoman was condescending towards me and actually talked me out of upgrading my phone. Went next door to Best Buy where they were very helpful and quickly got my phone upgraded.

So I had a very interesting experience with my service and let me say I am that guy people hate to deal with I have the temper and mouth to go with it but let me tell you the store manager at this location is a perfect example of how things should be done verizon truly needs this man training every one that deals with a costomer as my issue could not be handled in store unfortunately the phone rep was on the opposite end. Probably the most unprofessional call I have ever seen but the store manager completely stood up for me going way above and beyond thank you for giving me a lil sliver of humanity it truly ment more then you will ever know
