I love thrifting, but my most recent stop had me looking at new tags for $9.99 for shein stuff. $10 for a bra from shein that probably cost new $4. I don't know what changed or who is pricing these things but they are out of their mind. The shoe section and toy section is lacking. And I hate that all the plush is in carts up front instead of in the toy section where it's supposed to be. What is going on?? Sometimes the prices are super reasonable, but lately they're unreasonable and I am poor. I thought we were helping the community but it seems like we're just like greedwill.

I got cut by a cheap purse with a staple sticking out and bled all over my jacket. A worker did offer me a band aid.

I bought like 15 items marked with red tags and the items were supposed to be 75% off and none of them rang up as so. when i tried to do something about it i got nothing in return. the ladies were nice but im extremely unsatisfied with their systems. no refund or anything i should’ve spent 30$ less but instead was up charged and got no help.

One of my favorite thrift stores. Huge selection of clothing and home goods. The clothing is organized by size and color. Prices are reasonable. The higher end clothing is in a separate section, though, so I have to remember to shop this section and the regular section. Registers can get backed up, but I just make sure to go when I have plenty of time.

Went in yesterday for some shopping, not one employee in the store acknowledged us when we needed some help. But would stare and then walk away. When I checked out I had to bag my own stuff because the lady just stood there and stared into space waiting for me to put my stuff in a bag. Employees are rude and disrespectful won't be coming back to this location

The store organization is very good. The selection of merchandise is acceptable. The prices are reasonable and they offer a veterans discount. The checkout service was excellent!

A lot of poor quality clothes. One of the most disappointing thrift stores I’ve been to. Also their organization makes no sense. For e they have dresses in two completely different area of the store. Why not keep them on the same isle.

this is probably my favorite thrift store ever and i’ve been tons of places. it’s SUCH a hidden gem. the prices are so good and they have tons of merchandise, you have to be able to find something you like. i’ve gotten loads of things here that i’ll treasure forever and were only a few dollars. can’t recommend enough. better than everything place in the lansing area.
