Used to go all the time, but will not be going back. The guy they had working the back for donations and pickups was beyond rude. Refused to help a 77 year old lady load heavy dressers. In fact, he wheeled them out in a dolly, threw them off of it and went back inside. Made her stand outside in the freezing cold till someone else could get picked up to help. Ended up having to make 2 trips so I waited back with the other dresser while she went home and the guy yelled at one person that was bringing donations and was rude to the rest. Absolutely disgusting. Guy cared more about football than actually helping the people

Huge place, lots of items but the odor (dirt + BO + cat pee) made me leave. I get that it's a thrift store but the smell ks overpowering.

This place has a huge selection of everything. The clothing is priced very reasonably. Shopping here is like a treasure hunt. You never know what you will find, but you will love it when you find it. Make sure to check in weekly so you don't miss their deals.

When a worker comes up and yells at you for items that were already on the floor, then boasts about it to her coworker..? Great establishment! Fire that troll of a person. Under the bridge goblin

Have gotten some great deals here and the staff are really top-notch. Also, their disinfectant / washing materials are not as overpowering as Goodwill, in my opinion. Two thumbs up

I came here looking for a new computer desk, and I found one at a good price. When I attempted to pick the desk up with my car, it took nearly 20 minutes for the employee in the back to bother opening up the back door. He unscrewed some screws on my desk to try and disassemble it so it would fit in my car, but he gave up. I came back the next day to pick the desk up and I was entirely ignored by the employee, he didn't say a word to me. I then discovered all of the screws on my desk were gouged out and STRIPPED CLEAN from the employee haphazardly trying to disassemble it. I was refused a refund despite the fact the desk never left the store property. I'm out nearly $40 and have nothing to show for it. I highly suggest buying furniture or other bigger items elsewhere.

Nice big store with great prices and selection. Organization of items is pretty good, some areas are better than others.

I enjoy shopping here until it turns close to closing time. I always hear over the loud speaker when your closing. I have a phone, so I do know the time. I find it very rude, and uncomfortable when employees start chasing people down in the store around 6:40. Im spending my money at your store! You all work until 7 or when the customers are all checked out. Find a new job if you hate yours! Otherwise treat your customers with kindness please.

Was donating a TV and called to ensure they would take it. I specifically asked if they didnt accept any type of TV and they said no they take all of them. I loaded up my TV by myself and drove 10 minutes up there for them to tell me that I was lying and that no one said that and they would not accept it. Absolute waste of time and very disrespectful for a donating place. Never again.

Parking lot too far for disabled people. Over priced. You can buy new stuff cheaper and I bought a bag of Christmas ornaments. More than half were broken the other half had no way to hang them up so i just laid them on the branches :). The clothes are always dirty and the furniture disgusting. I got cut on a purse staple and they have no way for disabled people to get around their stores.

Great selection and reasonable prices! The cashier Britteny (probably recalling it wrong, but it was a semi-unique spelling of Brittany) was an absolute gem
