So, I am allergic to one of two types of my meds. I transferred my prescription to here when they said they had some in stock. I recently tried to refill it a week ago and they were very... unempathetic over the phone. They said they would manually put it in and kept repeating to "do my homework" on my meds. I started to cry a little and tried to hide it because Ive already called every pharmacy in the city and they were the last one to have the type that doesn't put me in shock. They told me to call back and see if it went through, so days of me calling and not getting transferred to the pharmasist and being told "Its probably fine, itll probably be here in a few days" I finally get ahold of tbe pharmasist again... to be given the same attitude. I apologize for starting to get weepy, but it is excrusiating to be given a "I told you so" about my medication when I need it and do not want to go into a severe allergic reaction or go far far away to get it. I understand if there is nothing else you can do, but I really felt like I was to blame and wasting her time, not great to make someone feel in a desperate situation.

Please avoid this place. My prescriptions were sent here from rite aid when they closed. They tried to charge me over 200 dollars for them, when for the last three years they costed me 50 at rite aid. I was going to pay them because I needed the medicine that day but even though I was texted that they were ready… they were not. This was after waiting 20+ mins in line. So I went home and called my doctor and had him send my prescriptions to meijer. Meijer had them filled in 30 mins and they costed me 40 dollars. I’m not even joking, also Walgreens refused to send my prescriptions to meijer, their drive thru window was smashed out, the meijer employees told me that Walgreens won’t even answer their phone calls when they call to get information. This place is greedy, heartless, rude and slow. Just stay away

I would have gave five stars but not now. Took a prescription in for a glucose machine and sat down and opened it at the pharmacy and there is no lancet's in the box .took back up to the window and I was told to call the company.All I wanted was a change.

They are so swamped since the rite aids closing yet I still got some personal time from the pharmacist regarding my medical issue. Rose is kind and professional and I appreciate her very much. Thank you, Rose. 👍🏼🫶🏼

You phone service sucks … it tried to give me duplicates of my medicine and for some I already filled months ago…..totally useless!! I hate having to go over there to place my order then go back to pick it up … even then they didn't even fill it all …. And didn't tell me…I only found out when I got home…. I had to go back again!

Horrible experience with them.went to refil my prescription and they told me they filled it with the same stuff but that it was called different. I broke out with acne due to it. Called and asked for them to fix it and they told me it was too soon for another refil so I had to pay. They wouldn’t replace the stuff that was clearly different than what I was taking. Girl even said over the phone that it was a “replacement “ if I would have known that I would have gone to a different pharmacy that had the correct stuff. Never coming back and the service is horrible especially by the foreign girl who shouldn’t be on the phone anyway given she is hardly understandable and just overall bad at customer service.

Quick in and out to use the ATM. Store was orderly, workers were busy. I bought a diet Coke. Staff were friendly. Not 5 star because the parking lot was not well lit. This part of town can be hinky at night. The more security the better.
