One of the worst pharmacies I have ever used. They hardly ever answer the phone. When they do they "accidentally " hang up on you. All I can say is just use a different pharmacy.

Horrible pharmacy. Always out of basic prescriptions. Medicine is never ready when they say it will be. There's always a long line. Employees are very rude. Poorly managed all around. Can't wait for the new Sparrow pharmacy to open

No customer service whatsoever. No concern for a person's wellbeing. No concept of being polite. Employees are liars who say they'll transfer you and then they hang up. Don't waste a second of your time!

This Walgreens pharmacy is the absolute worst! I have never had to wait for staff the way I do. I wait and wait for this staff…their audio in the drive thru is broke and apparently they just fixed it.

Horrible service they are so slow and take forever!!! In person and over the phone. On hold for 53 mins just to get a med filled! Every time!

Today October 12th I waited 35 minutes to get my prescription via the drive thru. Once I got up to the window to get my prescription their was nobody there for 6 minutes so I honked my horn until finally an employee showed up. It wasn't the person handling the drive thru,that person was handling an order in the store at the counter
With all the rite aids closing in Lansing their business has increased but because they just don't care,they haven't hired an ample amount of employees to work. Their service is terrible,it stinks. A drive thru is for convenience. Walgreens has no idea what that means. Their customer service is awful.
I will tell all my friends that buyer be aware Walgreens is good awful

They gave me a prescription for my cat that’s 5mL without syringes to administer the .5mL dose. Sooooo helpful 🙃
They also do not phone when prescriptions are ready or answer their phones in general. 🍅🍅🍅

Go to a different pharmacy. Hour plus wait times for everyone to say different things or not know anything. They aren't willing to help you with anything

I recently had my prescriptions transferred there, after two visits all I can say is they are extremely disorganized and lack training. Also, some of the customers I stood in line with smelled like weed and acted SO rude to the staff over the smallest question. I’ll be transferring my scrips somewhere else.

Frustrating experience between this location and two others where I was just trying to get a daily prescription filled. Finally circled back to this original store via a phone call. After being in hold for 40 minutes and listening to "...will be with you shortly" every 15 seconds (Do the math on that.) I was literally at my wits end. However, the woman who answered the phone - who sounded extremely busy - actually went the extra mile to fix the issue. Granted, she didn't offer until I pushed a little, but she did help instead of dismissing me completely.
I know this could arguably be a 3 star rating, but I gave the extra star in the spirit of encouragement. Yes, more of this PLEASE! Do more to serve and help your customers. I actually blame management and corporate more than the staff. They appear to be run ragged.
