Clearly NOBODY knows how to do inventory correctly as their system shows they have medication they apparently do not have

If 0 stars was a rating that's what I'd chose. This pharmacy doesn't deserve even 1 start. Terrible staff rude and always out of stock on my medication I need for my job! They need to clean house and get a better pharmacist or manager on their team to clean the staff out they are horrific to say it the nice way.

I get a text saying my medications are ready. I drive there and they are not ready. This happens every month. Will I ever not have to drive here three times before they are ready? These are the same prescription every month no changes. Why is this so difficult?

Update 12/24/24 530pm.
Currently been on hold for 35 minutes and counting for what started off as "2 callers ahead" of me. Haven't heard a number of callers in 20 minutes and nobody has even bothered to pick up the line. This is my 3rd or 4th phone call of the day and still haven't been able to speak to someone in the "dispensary" to find out if they have my sons medications. I wish I could give 0 stars cuz that's what this place is worth.
It takes them 45 minutes to handle 2 phone calls. They don't return calls like they say. Having to call back and been on hold for 15 minutes with 2 calls ahead of me and I haven't moved up the line at all. This is after spending 40 minutes the first time on hold. Just for them to answer and say the person that has to help me just stepped out. So far an hour and a half and still no answer at all. Waste of time and space. Buy out rite aid just to screw the rest of us over cuz you can't keep up with the demands. Don't make no sense

That Walgreens on Cedar Street near Jolly is like the worst people. These people need some training all your people in your store need training. You know how to treat people I called this morning because my albuterol is not working. The goddamn damn guy told me to rip it out. That’s how you treat your customers. I hope they close Walgreens out there are incompetent

Worst pharmacy ever. Not only were you out of my kids medication but somehow you couldn't transfer her script to meijer within the 20 hrs we waited. I was able to pack my sick kid up, go to urgent care, get a new prescription for the same diagnosis, go to meijer and pick up her new prescription before you people transfered her script. Thank you for being awful. Apparently having a 6 year old with a 103 degree temp is fine. If your kid is sick just go to meijer.

As an Uber driver this walgreens is the worst. Long lines and now I refuse to pick up orders here. The last 2 times has been cancelled orders due to negligence on the staff. They did not process cancellations on their end resulting in multiple drivers picking up the same orders. The last one I did today was oh.. this was supposed to be canceled by us.. guess we forgot. What. Your messing with my time and money.
When I informed an associate about it I was told this isnt the first time they are hearing this.
UPDATE.
So took a gamble again. Tried to pick up 3 orders. ALL 3 i was told they didn't have it. They didn't look didn't check their system just no we don't have it. They obviously could care less.
The manager is useless. She hides and tries to deflect anything to other departments. Seriously she should be fired along with the majority of walgreens pharmacy technicians. They need to relearn customer service as well as their jobs.
The levels of incompetence is seriously mindboggling.

I was in the drive-through line waiting for a prescription for one hour tonight. When I did finally get up to the window, the staff were really friendly despite being overworked. The problem is, the pharmacy is severely understaffed. It is not the pharmacy staffs fault for the long wait times on the phone, or the drive-through, etc. Walgreens, you need to hire more people in the pharmacy. This is not fair for the workers in your pharmacy to be so overwhelmed and stressed. You will end up with a huge turnover, if you don’t hire more staff. And I will transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy.
