More often than not I find the so called pharmacy technicians, or clerks, to be snotty, rude and unprofessional. I’ve treated the clerks with nothing but kindness, patience and respect only to be treaded in the most unprofessional and rude manner. Giving them a two star rating is really digging deep for me because of the phone call I just had with them. Totally inexcusable!

After an absolutely horrible experience at Wags Waverly/Sag we went to Creyts location for a Pfizer Covid shot. Firstly, upon walking in... We were greeted. Offered help. Wow!
Walked back to pharmacy, checked in and were called back within 10 minutes. Boom, done! Very personable, quick and efficient.
What a world of difference between locations! Hope Corporate reads these.
I thanked the employees here for making it a great experience!

Called the pharmacy at 10a.m. about a prescription my doctor called in on Friday it is now Tuesday and still not filled, the person I talked to couldn't figure out why and said he would call me back. I call back at 4 p.m. waited over an hour on hold just to be hung up on. Walgreens has become the biggest joke. Never again

Lots of sale prices that I compared to my local store prices and Walgreens sale prices were lower. Nice selection of what I needed. Friendly and polite staff. 20% off on Senior's day. Thank you for that.

Terrible experience in the drive thru pharmacy. The lady said they didn’t have my coupon on file (I’ve given it to them several times) so I said well that’s okay, I wrote it down since I know you can’t look at my phone in the drive thru.. she cut me off to say I could come in with my baby or go to the back of the line. I told her I had already waited for 6 cars and just needed her to run the coupon. She told me unfortunately she can’t do anything and to basically pay or get out of her line. She was extremely rude and kept cutting me off. At the end of it all, she wished me a “great night” in the slyest tone. I won’t be back and I’ve been going here for years. She is a terrible customer service worker (coming from one).

I am appalled at what just occurred at the pharmacy. I went to pick up two prescriptions after my husband picked up several prescriptions for us yesterday. The lady that initially waited on me was very nice and I told her that I had already picked up one medication. Another lady came over and proceeded to get very agitated with me saying my husband hadn’t paid for the medication the day before and demanding I pay the copay again. She accused us of stealing the medication and wouldn’t even acknowledge it was the pharmacy’s mistake. She kept saying they wouldn’t refill my medications any more. I don’t appreciate being called a thief. If there was any mistake, it was clearly theirs. When I told her her pharmacy had clearly made the mistake, she got very angry and said I was treating her badly. Poor excuse for customer service….blaming the customer for their own mistake!!!

Walgreens pharmacy is generally more expensive than other's, but because of the convenience and customer service they always provided, I was willing to pay more. I have been a long time, loyal customer -- but not anymore, due to this location. The shortened hours make it very inconvenient to get there during the week. Closing at 7pm is not convenient. My issue with this location though, is the customer service. There are a couple friendly people, but Laurie ruins it for the bunch. She is the most unhelpful person I have ever experienced at any Walgreens location.

I like Walgreens for many different reasons. They are open Monday to Saturday from 8:00 am - 10:00 pm, Sunday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm. Walgreens is basically a pharmacy with a corner store feel. The employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is pretty impressive , friendly , and helpful. I like being able to schedule vaccines online, pretty quick and easy.

Delta Township residents got screwed when they changed the pharmacy closing time to 7pm! The long lines and waiting times are horrible. The staff is rude now, which is new too!
