After abysmal service at the Meijer pharmacy down the street, I moved all my prescriptions over to Walmart pharmacy. I use their app to keep track of refills and when I see any issues they are more than happy to help me sort them out. Sometimes they're out of a certain medication, but I usually see it come in within a few days. The pharmacists are also very helpful and knowledgeable. I miss their curbside service, though. It was very convenient to not have to trudge all the way into the store just to pick up one or two meds (especially in winter).

I drive 8 miles out of my way to go to this Walmart Pharmacy I tried switching to another Pharmacy they did not help me at all. I had to switch it back to this Pharmacy because they are the only people that actually try to help me get my prescriptions. Every time I go into the store these people are working hard to help everyone get everything that they need and to get it when they need it. Fortunately there are still people in this world who care about others.

The staff is fine but the store manager shut down the entrance by the pharmacy. In fact out of 3 entrances they only have one open. I suppose to allow maxiumum covid exposure by really packing everyone in. I wont walk all the way from the other entrance to get to the pharmacy and it is deplorable that they make elderly people do that so I am taking my business elsewhere. Id like to say that the staff has been fine. There was one lady a year ago who seemed temporary who was really rude to me for some reason but every other person working there has been great.

The Pharmacists and RX employees are very nice to me there and are always ready to help. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The service at this location is the absolute worst. I walked in close to closing time and we were greeted with a "hello" or a "good evening" but rather "we close soon so make it quick. We close in 15." We were actually coming to buy an Xbox 1 x and when we got to electronics, the customer service person behind the desk was super rude when we asked her if she could unlock the cage so we could buy the Xbox. Instead of being polite she just says "cash or card?" Frustrated, I told her that he'll pay with whatever he wants since Walmart accept both. She just walked away to the back and we were stuck not buying an xbox. Moral of the story, screw this place and it's rude employees. Go somewhere else who will be more friendly and appreciate your business.

They don’t always update the app when they move items to a different aisle, so you may need to do some wandering.

Many times when I go to the pharmacy there, there is an older woman there with short spiky grey hair that waits on me. She is always chewing gum with her mouth wide open and the gum is in the front of her mouth so that I can see it while she chews. Looks like a cud and makes me a little sick. Does no one have manners anymore? If employees can't have enough class to use basic manners, perhaps Walmart should step in with a gum policy or good manners policy for all employees. Maybe next time I have to deal with her I'll just be openly flatulent and then shake my leg. What the hay, remember the old saying: "When in Rome, do as the Romans do?"

All the staff are very helpful and patient. The pharmacists are very good on immunizations.

they will not keep medications in stock for ongoing patients refills. if you have a high risk medical condition you may not be able to get your medication in a timely manner and be forced to do without
