10/23 Update: Bathrooms TOTALLY redone! Look at the new pics. This just shows that the management (Super Nick) cares and is responsive to customer needs. New floors. New paint top to bottom. New vinyl walls. Vanity got a face lift. Door actually freely opens.9/2023 Update: Bathrooms have gone to hell. It's a shame everything else about this laundromat is so amazing. Time to reinvest!Nick did an amazing rehab of this place a few years back. He goes really good staff. They enforce COVID regulations and clean often.

This is the best and cleanest laundry mat in Lansing! I like it so much better since they remodeled it. Washers are various sizes and the dryers are fast drying....recommend this place

I was thrilled at first with the fast turn around time for drop off laundry, but was extremely disappointed when I realized 2 of my favorite (and nicer) shirts were missing when I picked up my laundry. I contacted the store twice, once via phone and the other by going in, to try to find my missing shirts. The lady at the desk was nice and left a note and texted the owner, telling me he would call me after looking for the shirts. It's been a few days at this point, and I am very disappointed with the fact that they never reached out to me. Both had sentimental value, and while I understand mix ups with laundry happen, my laundry was done behind the counter, and the only things missing were those 2 nice shirts. I would not drop off laundry there again and won't even do my own stuff there anymore. Management doesn't seem to care that they lost my stuff, even after I contacted them twice.Edit: I'm changing my review because Nick, the owner, got back in touch with me and took care of me. Sadly my shirts were not found, but he took every step he could to find them and made sure I knew he was as frustrated as I was. Thank you for making me feel like I mattered!

I enjoyed washing my clothes at Waverly Point Laundry , they have large washers for large comforters and blankets , they place is very clean and renovated and well maintained , they also have you can have them wash and fold your clothes , for an extra charge,and the dryer's are very large, the staff is very friendly and helpful , I left very satisfied and happy, looking forward to returning soon. I highly recommend them. ??????

I love coming here ... It is very convenient, affordable, and clean... Very friendly employees except for one.. A older black lady is very rude and disrespectful, when you walk in she doesn't speak , she rolls her eyes , she talks real loud on her phone and when I need to wash clothes an i see her face i walk right out and go somewhere else

My dryer broke. So have visited a few times in the last 10-12 months.Clean. Efficient dryers. Quick.Best I've been to in years.Recommend for west side of Lansing.

Great laundry facility! Clean with large washers and new dryers. Staff are amazing especially Windi, Kim, Adrian, and Shawna. They do a great job keeping the place clean and their customer service is exceptional. Free Wi-Fi and they have wash and fold service!

Definitely one I loved going to until today (10/1/2022) when I found a tiny plastic baggy with some sort of crystallized stuff come out of one of the dryers. I walked up to an employee while she was cleaning the reloader for the cards and she saw me in the reflection but ignored me, when I told the employee she said 'no I don't want any of that'. Both her earbuds were in so I had to repeat myself a bit louder and she told me to throw it away and that was it. She didn't ask which one or anything else...

The customer service here was EXCELLENT! I came in 5 minutes before closing time and they not only let me wash and dry, but also helped me since it was my first time there. I would highly recommend!

The wash and fold service here is one of the best in the area. They are the only one open until 930 PM which is very convenient for workers that do 12 hour shift work.The laundrymatis clean and the machines are well maintained. This ismy choice of laundry service during my 3 mo th say in West Lansing

Great laundromat! Plenty of 2 & 4 load washers, some 6 load and a couple 8 loaders (during busy times, the 8's are almost always being used).Lots of dryers in a couple sizes (including a few enormous dryer's)!Dry times are for 11 minutes for .50 & .75.The staff are friendly & very helpful. The place is kept clean & there are many folding tables and carts. Paying is simple and convenient with their laundry card so no need to worry about finding tons of quarters.I've used their "wash & fold" service at the Okemos location and I highly recommend it.
