Terry made the buying process and super simple. He explained everything in detail and even offered to go for a ride with me to confirm I liked the vehicle I was driving, even explained some features about the vehicle. Dylan was into very thorough explanation about the buying process and didn’t make me feel like I was being taken advantage of, overall a very enjoyable experience. 10/10

Brought my car into see about getting my flaking white paint fixed on my Hyundai sonata and they won't fix it. Interesting thing though about not standing behind your product is that my wife is currently looking to spend 50k on a new vehicle and there's no way we would buy another Hyundai when you won't fix the flaking white paint on the Hyundai sitting in our driveway. Could have stood behind your product and fixed my issue that I did not cause and you would have been able to sell a vehicle. Such short sightedness on your part.

I recently had my first car-buying experience at Williams Hyundai, and unfortunately, I feel compelled to share my disappointment due to the poor communication and overall experience I encountered.
About a month ago, I called the dealership to inquire about a car I was very interested in. I wanted to schedule a time to see it but was informed that it was still being serviced. I was assured that someone would call me once the servicing was complete. However, two weeks passed with no communication. During this period, I made multiple follow-up calls and was repeatedly told the car was “still being serviced.”
Finally, a few days ago, I received an email stating that the car was ready. Unfortunately, this email went directly to my spam folder, and I only found it by accident while cleaning out my inbox. I was frustrated because I had expected a phone call, not an email. When I called immediately to schedule a visit, I was told that a deposit had already been placed on the car and the buyer was set to pick it up.
Despite this setback, I was advised to stay in touch for updates. Over the next four days, I noticed that the car was still listed on their website, so I called again to inquire. Once more, I was told that the car still had a deposit, but if the buyer didn’t pick it up by the next day, it would go back on sale. Determined, I called the following day, only to hear the same response: the car still had a deposit, and the buyer was coming that day to finalize the purchase.
This situation could have been avoided with better communication. If the dealership had called me as promised when the car became available, I believe my experience would have been much more positive. I felt like the representative I spoke with did not prioritize me as a potential customer or follow through on their commitment to notify me.
As someone who values kindness and patience, I expected the same level of professionalism and consideration in return. I truly liked the car and regret that my experience with this dealership was marred by such poor communication and customer service.

I shopped several other highly-rated dealerships (granted different brands) in the area and they offered me a reasonable trade value on my vehicle, which was within the KBB value range. Williams offered me 29% under the fair KBB value and 31-41% less than other dealerships in town. And then the manager that provided the value was unwilling to talk to me and explain how they arrived at an appraised value that was WAY out of line with KBB and local competitor dealerships. I worked in the industry and know the games. This dealership is arrogant, unwilling to be honestly transparent, and is trying to take advantage of customers not being informed in order to make a buck. I get they're a business and need to make money on the deal. But not being willing to explain their valuation and be transparent with customers about how they arrived at them is a HUGE red flag. A team member even told me that they want "lay downs," a crude, misogynistic term for a buyer who doesn't negotiate and allows themselves to be "screwed" by the salesperson. Buyer beware!! New cars in particular are a commodity and there are other, more highly rated dealerships to purchase from. Why allow Williams to screw you??

Thank you so much to Dwayne, Dave and the whole staff for making the process so easy. This is our 3rd time working with Williams Hyundai, and each time my husband and I received top notch service. For anyone looking for a car, I highly recommend checking out Williams Hyundai!

Took longer than usual to get started on my service that was scheduled way ahead of time. Was asked about a service for a recall on several past visits. I asked them to perform this recall service on this visit, was told it would take a few extra hours. I waited, got the car, got home and realized the service performed did not fix the issue.

I have bought dozens of new cars over the years and Williams Hyundai was the best dealership to work with! The sales staff was awesome and made our purchase very enjoyable!

We "ordered" a Hybrid Elantra in March of 2024. We were told 1-6 months. We inquired multiple times throughout that time about getting the car and we were told multiple times we are on the top of the list or they try to sell us two different cars that we didn't want. We could see the type of car being delivered to many different dealerships from Michigan to Ohio. We really wanted to buy from the local dealership because we've had issues in the past with other brands buying them at different dealerships and getting service at our local one. We lost faith that they would ever have a car for us. We had the cash and I haven't had a working reliable car now for a year and really were needing that car. I have been keeping an eye on the inventory and saw a car on there in July maybe and called them and they said it was for one of their employees. I just decided to look again today and see a 2025 on the lot that fits the description of the car we ordered perfectly. Were we contacted to see if we were still interested? Nope. These salespeople obviously don't want to sell cars. This place is a joke.

This visit was better than my last visit to the service dept before the remodel. On the last visit I stood waiting to verify I was in the right place or a greeting while the employees talked amongst themselves for about 5 minutes. They just ignored me until their personal conversation ended. This time, I wasn't greeted as soon as I walked in the door, but it was shortly thereafter. As far as I can tell, my recall work seems to be good. My car was washed, so that is always a nice touch.

Great experiences with both salesman Dwyane and finance support person Dylan. Highly recommend Williams Hyundai. p.s. that golden retriever is pretty lazy and needy. 😉

At least for the Part & Services, I was disappointed with the customer service.

I now understand why people I know have swapped out their BMWs for Hyundai. I had been considering the Cadillac XT5 until I drove the Hyundai Tucson... 10/10, 5 stars, recommend to any and all people in the market for a vehicle!!!
Williams Hyundai is a safe space for women who are car shopping solo to go. I felt comfortable, was spoken to intelligently, and was not intimidated or pressured at all. No one asked me where my husband/father/brother was and I felt like I was treated like a human who can make their own decisions. This is certainly not the case in all dealerships and worth noting.
Dwayne West was my go-to guy in sales and he listened, was kind, understanding, and helped me find the perfect vehicle in one-try! I was impressed by his helpful professionalism and responsiveness, especially given the tight turnaround I was working with given my purchase taking place immediately after a holiday weekend. He even drove across town to another dealership to pick me up when I turned in my previously leased vehicle.
The general manager was responsive, understanding, and helpful in getting an error I'd made on the credit application fixed. The finance person had a great sense of humor and was not pushy about purchasing extra coverages, etc (though I did opt for one!).
After the purchase was complete, Dwayne took me over to the Hyundai service center to introduce me to the staff there and show me around. Again, the kindness from the staff, amenities, and modern space was impressive - there are even multiple workstations for people who wish to wait for their vehicle while it's being serviced and may need to take a work call.
Dwayne followed up after a few days via email and phone to ensure everything was meeting expectations and offered to meet with my husband (who is a car buff and recommended I check out Hyundai in the first place...) when he returned to the US to review all the features of the vehicle and answer questions. Great service, great cars!

Worked with Dwyane to purchase a car and out of my past 3-4 times buying a car, this has to have been the most easy / seamless process. Dwyane went above and beyond and it really made the process easy and quick.
