Great experience! I was able to ask most questions and take care of paperwork through email. It made things at the dealership go a lot quiker. They gave me a price that was a good deal and didn't make me haggle for it. Paul and Jason were great to work with. Will definetly be recomending.

I had the best experience at Williams Subaru!! Tyler Andrews was my sales associate. He was so great! No pressure!! Always there to answer my questions and give me all the options I asked for (I definitely made him work)! This is my first Subaru. Tyler took the time to explain all the different bells and whistles on my vehicle. I was walked around the dealership so I know where to go when I need my car serviced. Wesley and his finance team helped me out on that end and scheduled me with a tech wizard to show me how to hook up my devices and use them to their max! Best experience I have had buying a car. So excited to be a part of the Subi family!!

Last year I brought in my 2019 Subaru outback because it wouldn't start when it was cold out. It took them about four different visits and them telling me there's nothing wrong with the car, blaming progressives plug in, Calling me stupid and trying to refuse taking my service payment plan then trying to get me to pay extra out of pocket for new fees that went away if I pushed back. They took so long that it became the warm season so the car started working again and then tried to charge me saying they fixed it. I believed them and then the first Frost of the next year happened and my car didn't start anymore. I finally pulled it apart and it's a clogged A/C line. These scammers couldn't even find that after how many trips?
This is a chop shop focused on scamming Subaru drivers for every single penny they can, I would rather sell my family then ever have to bring a vehicle back to this place.

I had such a great experience at Williams Subaru! Andrew Pawloski and Jason Miller were awesome to work with. They both were super friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff. They made the whole car-buying process easy and stress-free, exactly how it should be.
It’s clear they both care about their customers and take pride in what they do. I’m thrilled with my new Subaru and can’t recommend Williams Subaru (and especially Andrew and Jason) enough!

Our experience here was fantastic! From our first interaction over the phone until we drove away in our new Subaru Outback (which I LOVE), Will and Jason made the experience great. I would highly recommend this dealership!

Went to have service, found it is pricey compared to other dealers. Talked with the service supervisor, who is not that much friendly but kinda rude. The service specialist served at the end: was kinda aggressive, and trying to prove Willams Subaru is the authentic one, but subaru.com is fake: Other than Willams Subaru, corportate Subaru is fake!!!! Cabin air filter is $50!!!!! Not a welcoming and customer friendly service, no care about customer satisfaction!!!!

Came in for a headlight out, brought a book, a snack and got ready for a lounge hangout.....the service writer had me purchase the lights (I always do both when one goes out as prevention). He put them in in no time and sent me on my way, no charge. Made my day. thank you

Purchased a 2025 Outback from this dealer a year ago. Overall it was a very negative experience. There was a clerical error with paperwork on the trade-in causing a $400 difference. When I asked about this taking delivery of the vehicle I was told they will send me a check in the mail, never received it. Had an issue with the eyesight camara causing the vehicle to suddenly stop without warning and almost causing an accident. Called the service advisor at Williams and before they would even look at it, they wanted to charge a $165 diagnostic fee on a brand new car. The service manager and sales manager wanted to argue over it and when I told the sales manager I will have to contact a lawyer he had a temper tantrum. So I had a lawyer contact Subaru and within hours Subaru along with another dealer 45 miles away contacted me. A loaner car was delivered to my house and the car was towed to that dealership. A week later issues were repaired a faulty camera and calibration all covered under warranty. This was the first and last time I will ever use this dealership. Also I left several messages for Matthew Williams to contact me and never received a call back.

Weird, charges 3% for credit cards as a dealership. Even independent shops rarely does that unless it's couple grand worth of repair.

Lied and guaranteed that the $900 repair would fix my car , when it didn’t they offered to fix it for 3x original quote. Spoke to the owner and he didn’t care at all basically told me to bad so sad

We are VERY disappointed in this dealership.
We drove a long ways to purchase a 35K car from them
We were told NO discounts off the price, and worse, after the sale, customer service was nonexistent.
No one would pick up the phone or call us back at all.
We had to keep calling and calling.
We purchased an extended warranty and was supposed to get papers in the mail, which never came. We had to call 3 times before we got that.
I will say, before buying this car, we asked for it to be delivered, and they did do that, but as soon as it was ours, calls have went unanswered. Not acceptable.

UPDATE: Williams Owner who responded below reiterates there is nothing that they can do but thinks his answer changes the 1 star review. Owner is a bully on the phone.
We have a leased 2025 Subaru Forester from Williams Subaru. A tree fell on our vehicle and it is in the body shop waiting on Subaru parts that may not be ready for months. Williams is unwilling to provide us a loaner car and we will be without the vehicle (and still paying monthly) on a vehicle sitting in a body shop because Subaru cant make parts fast enough...

I have become very disappointed with Williams Subaru and with my 2024 Outback. The car is plagued with electronic issues beginning with the radio and the touch screen, starting and turning the car on and off, loud road noise in the car, gearing down of the transmission just to name a few issues. The difficulty in scheduling something as simple as an Oil Change just adds to the frustration. I won’t be purchasing another Subaru or a vehicle from Williams Automotive.

2025-07: I purchased a new 2025 Subaru from Williams Subaru, and I am 100% satisfied with my experience.
Through an inquiry into a vehicle via the dealership's website, I came into contact with Paul R. Having done my research, I appreciate how Paul was transparent and fair with me throughout our negotiations - on the price of the vehicle I was purchasing, the value of my trade-in, and the price of accessories and other products I wished to purchase.
I had contacted 3 Subaru dealerships as part of my purchasing process. One dealership, despite 3 emails with a salesperson, refused to discuss the price of the new vehicle I wished to purchase -- until I stopped by the dealership and gave them a look at my vehicle I was considering trading in. The other dealership I contacted, after a test drive of the vehicle, offered an out-the-door price at MSRP with additional dealer fees and add-ons. Paul @Williams Subaru was the only one willing to offer a competitive out-the-door price on the new vehicle I sought.
On the date of my purchase and vehicle pick-up, arriving at the dealership within an hour of close, I threw a loop into the process -- opting for a different vehicle (due to wanting to go with another color). No small ask! Paul took care of everything, proficiently and professionally -- and I ended up driving home in the vehicle I ultimately wanted. Since my purchase, Paul has followed up with me directly to get the accessories ordered and installed.
So, start to finish, it's been great to work with Paul R. on the purchase of a new Subaru. (Honorable mention is also due to Jason M. in the Finance and Insurance office, and Michelle, who is following up with me to ensure I understand the vehicle's tech and operations. They, too, were fantastic to work with in completing my purchase.) I look forward to contacting him and Williams Subaru in the future when my family purchases our 5th Subaru.

I just want to give a BIG thanks to Tyler who helped me with my Jeep purchase! He was easy to work with and very kind. He helped me get the purchase price I asked for. I highly recommend him for your next car purchase! One thing I do want to add, which in no means had anything to do with Tyler or was it any of his fault or doing. I had a scheduled appointment to meet with someone in the finance area. You figure you’ll see them soon or shortly after the time scheduled. Things happen I know but in this case it was two and a half hours. NOT what I expected! The experience with Tyler was great but the finance department not so much. Despite that, I am happy with my Jeep! Thanks Tyler!
