I came in to pick up my internet equipment and they told me all I had to do was plug it in & sign into my Xfinity - my Xfinity ID was unable to be created online & instead of helping gave me customer service. My service was not even set up (no account ID) & I was not supposed to receive equipment without that. Took 2 hours on the phone to track down the line who can assist & the entire conversation with them was them trying to upsell me instead of just activating my service. I don’t understand why the store couldn’t just help in the first place.

Just had one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a while. I had to return some equipment for my mom. The person at the door greeted me, and quickly helped me with the return. It was one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had at one of these types of companies, especially one not known for their customer service. Great job!!

Comcast sucks. Twice been given faulty equipment, been without TV now for 4 days, they say they can’t come out till Sunday. What a crock. They should be ashamed of their company.

They don’t know what they’re talking about.
Went down to confirm my account was closed (they even accepted my old equipment before this) and that I wouldn’t have to hear from comcast again. I was concerned after I got a few emails from the company saying I owed them. They said the emails were errors and even removed my checking information for me. I left happy.
One week later, comcast is threatening to go to collections because I still owe them. I ended up getting in an argument with another comcast representative about it. Turns out the business was wrong and I did owe them money that someone higher up caught. Cue the 40 minute phone call where I had to start from scratch to figure it all out and almost got a late fee. Won’t be going back or suggesting. Currently, my partner uses xfinity and once that contract is up, we will not be renewing it.

Absolutey zero stars, if that were possible. Rude, apathetic employees. Customers do not matter to them. What a waste of 40 minutes of life.

Half of my service was knocked out by the last storm. I spent a significant amount of time online going through their BOT diagnostics, to no avail. The conclusion was that there was a problem with my main box. They setup a tech appointment. The day before the appt. I got an automated message saying it was fixed and the appointment was cancelled. It was not fixed. I tried calling the local office, but the number goes to someone in the Philippines - very difficult to understand. They were useless - all wanted to run the same diagnostics I had run previously. None could recover the tech appointment, unless I wanted to wait 4 more days. Finally, my daughter that lives in another state was able to reach her local office and arrange a new tech visit. Was thinking of switching my internet to Xfinity, but not after this experience. If they valued my long years of service so much they would have local personnel that could assist.

They give you the run around they tell you one thing do a complete opposite they can’t comprehend anything. I don’t recommend Xfinity to anybody. I hate it!!!! I didn’t even want to give it a one star……

Comcast service is terrible. I moved somewhere without fiber optic and had to go back to Comcast for service. What a nightmare. I am trying the Comcast Xumo box and it keeps going out. Getting past there AI chatbot to a live person is time consuming and annoying. I never have had issues with Roku. I am going back to Roku.

It's bad enough to be stuck with the customer service number that is nothing but a frustrating loop, like Xfinity Assistant but to have the store the same way???!!! Why does Xfinity not wa t you to speak to an actual human??

I love their staff. They're very helpful and personable. Their deals are pretty good, too. I'd wait til a deal comes through your mailbox then cash in on it.
