What should’ve been a simple, one-day service turned into a multi-week nightmare. Every part of the job had issues. I had to rehire another company to redo everything they did — correctly this time. This company has no quality control, no customer care, and no shame. I spent hundreds of dollars fixing their mistakes, and they refused even a partial refund. This is the kind of experience that makes you lose faith in hiring professionals.

The first red flag should’ve been the long wait just to schedule. Then, they changed the appointment time three times without telling me. On the day of the job, no one showed up. I called, and they claimed the technician was “on the way.” He arrived three hours later with no apology. The job he did was incomplete, sloppy, and unacceptable. I've never dealt with a more disorganized, unreliable company in my life.

The technicians who came to my home were incredibly rude, lacked basic communication skills, and clearly had no training. They damaged my walls while moving equipment, missed major areas they were supposed to treat, and walked dirt through my house without covering their shoes. They rushed through everything and left without confirming if I was satisfied. I wasn't. And when I called to follow up, the office hung up on me.

Everything they promised was a lie. They said the job would take two hours — it took six. They said it would be clean and precise — it was messy and careless. They said it would cost one amount — I was charged nearly double. I feel completely cheated. I asked for an itemized bill, and they refused. I’ve dealt with bad companies before, but this one tops the list.

Two very nice and respectful guys came and moved an extremely heavy and large wardrobe type of furniture. They amazed me at how professional and kind they were while doing such a difficult task. I would not hesitate to hire them.

Amazing experience! A professional and friendly team carried out my local move, sticking both to the time and financial estimate (which was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than their competitors) that they'd quoted, not a penny more. The team leader (Mahad) took great care with all of my pieces and ensured that my move went as smooth and stress-free as possible. Strong recommend.

They did an excellent job moving me into my new apartment! The team was friendly, personable, and even funny. Despite the challenges of working in a small space and dealing with tricky city parking, they managed everything smoothly. Their rates are also very reasonable. They were even able to move forward the move in date with a weeks notice. Great service from start to finish.
