Fast, Professional, and Hassle-Free Experience
I had an excellent experience at the AT&T store in Lapeer, Michigan. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. The associate who helped me was incredibly efficient and professional. What stood out most was how well he managed multiple customers at the same time without anyone feeling ignored or rushed. That kind of multitasking, while still being courteous and thorough, is not something you see every day.
I came in expecting a long wait or some kind of hassle, but instead, everything was handled quickly and smoothly. My questions were answered, my needs were met, and I walked out with exactly what I came for—without any unnecessary upselling or confusion.
This location runs like a well-oiled machine. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and welcoming. It’s clear the staff here care about doing things right the first time and making sure customers leave satisfied.
If you’re in the Lapeer area and need help with anything AT&T-related—whether it’s a new phone, a plan adjustment, or just general support—I highly recommend coming to this store. You’ll be in and out with no stress, and you’ll get the kind of service that’s hard to find these days.

I went in to get internet service for AT&T Air and though I got it I found out they didn't service my area. I used to live on the country side where its satalite or nothing so It was nice to have internet service. However later I found out the only reason I had service is they had my billing address in flint, a place where Att air works but a place a do not reside. I had canceled service when i moved and they kept sending the bills to the flint address without me knowing they were still charging me. They believe that I, lol facepalm, owe them money. I returned the equipment but I feel I owe them nothing. Aside from calling customer service is a joke. As someone who makes their living in retail i could not believe how many reps tried to sell me services I didnt need. Thats not the problem, the problem is when you say no and they ask you if you can use a realitives credit card to pay for something you already said no to. It wasn't just 1 rep but quite a few. I was part of their signature program and not only are they too expensive for what you get but tbey have bad buisness practices. Just very unethical to say the least. The employees at this location are not eager to help and i spent 14 in one single day trying to get customer service to set my phone service up right. I ended up with 2 accounts and they were charging me for both. Just buyer beware, go elsewhere.

I came in there with my brother so that he could get some help. While he was getting help I had a quick question on my account. Jeremy noticed that I wasn't using my hot spot and suggested that I could drop down and save a total of 45 bucks!!! He also suggested the internet which I'll definitely talk to my husband about.
Both Jeremy and Brianna were friendly and professional.
I don't live in Michigan anyone but if I did I'd definitely would drive to this particular store just for excellence in customer service.

Cant say anything bad about the store or employees. Always when changing services Ive always had surprises in the contract/Bill. I just dont aporeviate that. Oh well, At&t is better than Boost mobile out here though. Pay more foe better service I guess......

Tyler your store worker was amazing, I spent 7 hours on the phone with AT&T talking with 5 to 6 different people, got laughed at, hung up on, and totally put me on hold and ignore me. They would not help me at all with a defective phone. I even called Motorola and they told me they will keep send me the same phone that mind you that had been the effected phone 3x all ready, until my warrent runs out, then it's not there problem.
I called up your att store where I got the phone in the first place and spoke with Tyler, I was already wore out and in tears trying to figure out what I can do, he asked me to please give him a sec and then came back on the phone and said ma'am I apologize for all your troubles and how no one helped you but if you come to the store i will personally make things right. He did just that. Ty Tyler for helping me, and be a caring person. I wish more people were like you.

I was having a difficult time with my phone. I was so happy to see the great hours this place held. My schedule is not consistent. Went in and got great help. Katt was determined to find out why my phone was acting the way it was. I appreciated the time and energy given.
