My daughter in law and I went to get our new IPhone 15’s and worked with Brianne. She was so knowledgeable and so personable. My boyfriend needed a new phone so we went in a month later so he could get on my account and worked with Brianne again. We got top notch service once again from her. And best yet, we were in and out of there in 30 minutes! Thank you for the amazing service! 5 stars all the way!

We visited the Lapeer AT&T and had the best service!! William helped us upgrade all our phones. He was knowledgeable and was super friendly. The whole crew that was working were the nicest!! This store is so much better than visiting the Imlay City store. Lapeer gets my business from now on!! ~Betty White

Spent 5 and a half hours in the store to get all of our phones switched over to AT&T the salesman typed in one number wrong so then they locked the account for 3 months!And we couldn’t get all of the phones we went in for!What happened to the customer is always right?Why should we be punished for someone else’s mistake?Was supposed to talk to his supervisor this morning but I guess lunch 3 hours in your shift is more important than the customer!

This has become my go to store. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. I have multiple accounts and there always seems to be unique issues with accounts anytime I upgrade or make changes. Tyler and Bri are always there to help and find the answer to my problems without hesitation. Higly recommend this location if you are a AT&T customer or are looking to become one.

Kind and timely service, however; I needed to simply exchange an Apple Watch for a different size. Instead the sales rep added another watch to our account (which was not explained to me), and instructed me to call to cancel the watch I was exchanging. I was also charged $30 (also was not explained during the exchange process, I was just instructed to swipe a card for the exchanging the first watch and swipe again for the new watch), but he made it sound like he did me the favor of ‘waiving’ the restocking fee. When returning to a different store I found out he just wanted to make a sale, instead of just a simple exchange.

I recently switched to AT&T and the employees at this store were phenomenal. They helped us switch over 5 lines, with 3 different previous carriers, and didn't bat an eye that it took extra work. The service was spot on and I am very happy that I made the switch.The employees are also very open to helping, but will let you make the decision yourself. I saw one of the employees help an older couple and show them a better phone for their needs, but was never pushing them to buy or sign up for anything. They just genuinely wanted to provide them the best service possible. Highly recommend.
