The shop was recommended by the police officer after my deer accident. Everyone was very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way during my claim, parts being ordered, and as the repairs were being done. Yes I do recommend highly.

Great paint shop. Way better than most of the shops around Lapeer. Do not take your car to Beckwith’s. They used to be good but not anymore. Bessette’s will make your car better than factory & they seem to care about the customer

I can’t say enough about their service! I had my very first experience with hitting a deer and making an insurance claim. Everything was taken care of and they kept me well informed every step of the way until I picked up my car. It was like new again and they even cleaned inside my car! I would highly recommend them 100%!

I went to Bessette's to get a quote on my car to fix my passenger doors and paint them. That is all I asked for, nothing more, nothing less. They claimed I needed a whole new passenger side fender and also said my doors weren't repairable, so they would need to get a whole new set of doors as well. Apparently what I asked for was unobtainable because their 'reputation' was more important, which was stated to me by an employee. After they took pictures and gave me a quote of about $3,400, I saw the quote papers had a bunch of other stuff they never even mentioned, such as repairing my windshield and back glass which are in perfect shape. This place rips off their customers for a quick buck, and I'm sure it was because I'm a girl. Very unprofessional.
